Spotless. It was great service. Thank you so much!

The staff are friendly also the facility is modern. However we were staying in first floor, the first night the person who was staying upstairs walking and moving stuff all night long. The noise was so loud we can’t even fall asleep untill they early check out. And next day morning, the staff was talking to the customer who were going to check out, and was talking so loud, I guess she didn’t know the soundproofing is not that good in the ground floor. We will say we didn’t get a good sleep in this place but the staff are friendly and the room is comfortable and clean.

Saubere und preiswerte Unterkunft abseits des Massentourismus. Das Personal ist freundlich aber auch sehr aufdringlich und bestimmend. Man wird dazu genötigt, Hausschuhe zu tragen, das wird auch vorher kommuniziert. Aber ich habe nicht erwartet alte getragene Schuhe anziehen zu müssen! 2 tage später wurden sie dann ausgetauscht. Im Empfangsbereich riecht es oft sehr unangenehm. Man nimmt es hier mit der Nachtruhe sehr ernst, da das haus anscheinend über keinerlei Lärmdämmung verfügt. Wenn man davon aber absieht, denn es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, dann ist es eine absolut annehmbare Unterkunft.

The rooms are small and there is no other lounge area within the hotel to relax in The breakfast is terrible- banana’s and dry bread rolls with coffee that sits for hours and there is no communal space to eat in Staff on check in were more concerned about telling us the rules than welcoming us

Personal unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Betten waren einfach Top und Zimmer sehr schön. Top Lange, der Bahnhof ist 5min. entfernt und zwei der wichtigsten Linien fahren dort um überall hinzukommen. Aber selbst zu Fuß wenn man Lust hat kann man durch eine tolle Gegend. Ist Akihabara laufen. Kann dieses Hotel einfach nur empfehlen. Einzige Manko wenn ich etwas nennen müsste. Etwas Hellhörig, aber ist in vielen Hotels in Japan so. Ist aber auch meine einzige Anmerkung.

La chambre est plus spacieuse que dans plusieurs hôtels et des rangements sont prévus sous le lit, le personnel est accueillant. Dès Patisseries et du café sont offerts le matin. Le quartier est tranquille, mais la proximité de la station de métro permet de se rendre rapidement dans les destinations touristiques principales. Et le Skytrain n’est qu’à une station de l’hôtel.

We had a great stay at The Barn Tokyo! We booked a queen room and there were plenty of space for us and our suitcases. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet. The location is also convenient and close to the train station and easy to reach many tourist spots in Tokyo. Even though Ugsuidani is known as the love hotel district, the area was very safe and quiet and had a residential feel. We would stay in this area again in the future.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit diesem Hotel derartig schlecht, weswegen wir es nicht weiter empfehlen können. Unser Flug wurde am Tag der Abreise in Deutschland wegen eines Taifuns um 8,5 h verschoben. Dadurch musste auch unser Anschlussflug verschoben werden. Wir haben daraufhin das Hotel unmittelbar über diese Verspätung informiert (auf mehreren Kanälen wie Email, Expedia, Instagram), da ein Check-In zu den regulären Uhrzeiten bis 21 Uhr nicht mehr möglich war. Wir haben bis heute keinerlei Antwort dazu erhalten. Wir mussten dann für die erste Nacht ein anderes Hotel buchen und haben dafür keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Vor Ort wurde auf Expedia verwiesen. Ein Gespräch mit dem Management des Hotels konnte nicht stattfinden. Das Servicepersonal hat immer auf Expedia verwiesen, obwohl wir nett um ein Gespräch mit dem Management gebeten haben. Wir würden das Hotel unter diesen Voraussetzungen auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen. Eine entspannte Ankunft nach einem sehr langen Flug stellt man sich anders vor.

We had an amazing stay at The Barn Tokyo and loved everything about it. The location was ideal for us — not in a busy touristy area, but in a quiet, residential neighborhood where you get a glimpse of local life. It's only a short walk to the train station, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and a Life supermarket within walking distance. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are a bit spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. But what really made our stay extra special was the staff. The two Filipino staff on duty during our stay were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely be coming back to The Barn Tokyo for our next visit.

A modern hotel and the location is good. Staff are very friendly. For European standard the beds are small (140 cm for a double bed.) I didn’t sleep well at all. No breakfast. I think there are other hotels that would be a better choice.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, à proximité du métro et de deux lignes qui desservent très facilement tout le centre de Tokyo, à proximité de commerces (konbini) ouverts 24-24. Chambres propres, de taille très correcte (surtout pour le Japon), bien agencées, personnel très sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

テレビの調子が悪かった。 BSは映らない。 地上波もアンテナレベルが低いのか見れなかったです。
