It is an umanned hotel but staff communication is excellent. Our boy left his 9 years old eevee plushie in the hotel when we checked out and the staff helped us to locate and arrange for its repatriation. We are so ever grateful for this. Clean, specious and comfortable room (with washer/dryer!), walking distance to Hakata Station, 10-15mins drive to airport. A great place to call home when visiting Fukuoka.

Hotel is in good location, very clean and in good condition. Recommend for family staying. However I have small trouble during check in because I didn’t receive check-in instructions and I couldn’t enter to hotel to check-in. Then I have to connect my roaming to communicate with hotel.

Very poor hotel. Check in is chaotic with one terminal and not easy and we have to wait for a long time. The room was smelly when we walked in, sewage smelled front toilet. Washing machine is dirty and smell too. No hot water and we cannot have any shower after a long flight. A very bad decision to choose this hotel.

There was dust in the closet floor and hallway, headboards were dusty and so was the toilet sink; had black fiber things covering it. These I can rewipe myself however the headboard plugs do not work which limited our usage due to a large number of people staying. Slippers are provided but might as well not use them due to flimsiness or use your own. The area is about 10 minutes to closest restaurant, 7/11 is close by and there is a bus stop that will take you to the airport in 15 minutes without going to Hakata Station. Even so, I will stay again with a big travel group.

We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy.

無人ホテルという事もあり、スムーズにチェックインできるか心配でしたが、事前のアカウント登録をしておく事で、スムーズにチェックインする事ができました。室内は少し臭いが気になりましたが、部屋はキレイでとても過ごし安かったです。 駐車場も完備しており、また機会があれば是非利用させてもらいたいです。

You should put up more hooks to hang towels. You should supply at least one roll of paper towels. You should fix your holes in the walls, marks on the floor and better explanation of how to use the washer/ dryer. We did not understand how to open the door during or after the dry cycle. The lock on the toilet door is loose. And you could put instructions in your black binder how to check out. We are English speaking so you will understand some of our comments. Otherwise we liked it. Not too long a walk from the train station.

他の方の評価にあったように、部屋に入るなり匂いが気になりました。酸っぱいような嫌なにおいがあったので、ずっと換気扇をつけて過ごしました。床も清掃が行き届いておらず、髪の毛やほこりがありました。食器類も残渣があり、使用をやめました。せっかくの家族旅行が残念でした。ただ、子連れだったので、洗濯乾燥機がついたのと、ベットが大きいのはよかったです。清潔感に欠ける施設でした。

Loved everything about this apartment. Perhaps maybe switch out one of the beds for a softer mattress? Private, easy self-check in & clean, would stay here again.

We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy.

無人ホテルという事もあり、スムーズにチェックインできるか心配でしたが、事前のアカウント登録をしておく事で、スムーズにチェックインする事ができました。室内は少し臭いが気になりましたが、部屋はキレイでとても過ごし安かったです。 駐車場も完備しており、また機会があれば是非利用させてもらいたいです。

You should put up more hooks to hang towels. You should supply at least one roll of paper towels. You should fix your holes in the walls, marks on the floor and better explanation of how to use the washer/ dryer. We did not understand how to open the door during or after the dry cycle. The lock on the toilet door is loose. And you could put instructions in your black binder how to check out. We are English speaking so you will understand some of our comments. Otherwise we liked it. Not too long a walk from the train station.

The worst hotel in all of Japan i think. Dirty rundown and when you contact hotel.com they do nothing. We had to switch hotel as it would be a health hasard to stay

他の方の評価にあったように、部屋に入るなり匂いが気になりました。酸っぱいような嫌なにおいがあったので、ずっと換気扇をつけて過ごしました。床も清掃が行き届いておらず、髪の毛やほこりがありました。食器類も残渣があり、使用をやめました。せっかくの家族旅行が残念でした。ただ、子連れだったので、洗濯乾燥機がついたのと、ベットが大きいのはよかったです。清潔感に欠ける施設でした。
