Jerantut Pahang Hospital is located in the District of Jerantut. It was completed in early 1977 and was built on 9.3 hectares of land. Jerantut Hospital was inaugurated on 26 January 1979 by the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar Riayatuddin Al-Muadzam Shah.

The hospital has started outpatient treatment operation on 16 July 1977 and fully operated on 1 August 1977. It was followed by other support services covering the Emergency Unit, X-ray Unit, Pharmacy Unit and Medical Record. While Inpatient treatment services start operating with 49 beds. This Jerantut Pahang Hospital provides care and medical services to residents around the city and district.
