I booked for 3 nights stay and it was nonrefundable and no cancellation, but on the first night I can't find bus from penang to KL on time so I spend night in the bus. The morning I arrived I cant check in, the receptionist said that I must checked in at 2PM, what the F. But I insist to have the room since my room was fix and can not be canceled and I had it payed for god sake. Even if I was late they shouldn't sell my room to another person. And he said the hotel room was full (we arguing like 10 or 15 minutes). But I keep insisted him so he checked again and have another room, but the toilet was leaking and we should take a shower in the staff shower, another F thing. He promised me to change the room in 4 hours, if someone is checked out, but still they said it was still, when I asked again. What made me even sadder is, I brought my mom and shes old, I just feel sad that she must through this all. But she said, what more we could do. I think the management of the hotel was very bad, no coordination between the staff. The picture of the room in the website is not the same as the hotel condition in reality. The ceiling is low, the room is small and smelly, the wall was dirty and you can even hear people talk in the reception even the room is closed and it 10 meters away. OMG. On my last day there, I can hear a foreign guest always hit the reception because of their unprofessional answer. I guess the guest have the same problem with me earlier. To sum up, this is the worst hotel ever.. I don't recommend this to which traveller you are (lover, friends,family, business tripper or even alone) This is real, I've been there. Please don't stay at this hotel.. Thanks for giving me opportunity to share my experience in this hotel, this is so important. Have a nice day all..
