AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Booked 3 nights in a Superior Double room on booking.com. Arrived and the receptionist asked for payment up front. I asked to see the room first and thank God I did! It was literally the size of a shoe box, was filthy and had none of the facilities advertised i.e. fridge and kettle. I asked what was superior about the room and he said nothing. I asked if I could see a standard room and it was EXACTLY the same. Standard rooms are cheaper on booking.com, but when I asked him how much to move to a standard room, he tried charging me double of that for the Superior room. This hotel is a complete joke. It genuinely reminded me of those drug den motel rooms you see in many films. Disgusting place and unhelpful staff. We have since checked in next door at Iris hotel... MUCH BETTER!

For the money tou pay for a room with a private bathroom it is ok. Yes the towles could be cleaner and it would be nice that the sheets would not have stains. Nut than again it is 10 usd for 2 people per night so you get your moneys worth. Poor rating is for the cockroaches that were everywhere.

Worst receptionist i have seen in my life
Receptionists totally don't care about customer. Didnt bother to find our booking confirmation, but chat with his friend on phone when we wait he help is check-in! He gave us a room with broken lock which we couldn't enter. Waited 10min behind door and he didn't bother come upstairs fast even after two time calling! He cancelled my booking on booking.com even I was staying at hotel that time, as he was afraid I give bad reviews or I don't know what. Booking.com told me property claims that I registered under different name, while I had passed my ID to receptionist and it was him who filled the form. Dirty stairs, full of rubbish and dirty water!

BEYOND TERRIBLE
Definitely a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I had a horrible experience in this hostel. I arrived around 12:30am and the front desk whose name was Navid asked for a 30RM deposit. Not only is he slow and stupid, but he is also unbelievably rude when verifying my payment and hot much it is when converted to RM, and yes, I was I the one who had to look it up online. He even told me that I should be careful not to lie to him because he can check it. I wondered why he had to verify it when it has already been paid by the time I booked it. Then I found out that he thought I have not paid it already. I did not have RM at the time for deposit because the money changers in Subang airport where I landed were closed already. I begged to deposit in other currency because I am too tired to go out and find a money changers but the unwelcoming fellow refused. I had to go out and walk around 500 meters just to find one. When I came back then he suddenly held my hand sexually and told me that the customer he met before I arrived have kind of aroused him - disgusting. The room was dark and filthy af, the sheets were all over the place did like they were not changed and were used by 20 customers before me. I asked for new sheets but the new one he gave me looked like he just took out from laundry basket and un-washed. It was far different and worse from the images of bunk beds they advertise. It was awfully disgusting but I had stay in the room because I was too tired to look for another hotel. I checked in at 1 am and checked out at 5am. The only thing good about this hostel is the location the value for the price is beyond terrible. To those backpackers who are planning a stay in this hotel, PLEASE DON'T!

A Horror Experience!!!
If it was possible to give 0 or -5, I would! I was traveling for months now and I saw some hotels that were not good, but this one - is beyond all the worse experiences I ever had! And believe me , I am not someone who's easy to impreasionate. First of all, the receptionist is really rude and indlfriendly. We payed for 4 nights (what a mistake!) and went to the room. Dirty everywhere. In the garbage was something from the people before, hairs and disgusting stains on the "nice color" sheets, hairs everywhere, dirty toilet, dirty walls, bad smell... I went to the reception to ask at least a different room. But then it got worse - next room was as disgusting but also FULL OF COCROCHES on the bed. Anyway... I don't even want to tell you what we had to go through with the stuff of the hotel to get some of our money back (they didn't refund us the whole price even that we left one hour after arriving). We travel around the world and I have never seen people so rude and the hotel this disgusting.
