Las habitaciones nada que ver con las imágenes, mucha humedad y un olor terrible por la misma humedad, hongo en pared, una cama con colchón pesimo

La habitación que nos dieron nada que ver con la de las fotos. Estaba muy descuidada. La llaves goteaban, habia fuerte olor a drenaje, el portapapeles se caía a cada rato, la regadera salía por todos lados menos por donde debia, la cadena del baño se zafaba y teniamos que meter la mano en la caja para sacarla. Los empleados de limpieza se ponian a platicar muy temprano enfrente del cuarto y no dejaban dormir. Todo lo reportamos y solamente cambiaron el portarollos. El cuarto daba al patio de servicio, no como los otros que veian a la alberca. Muy mal. El hotel está bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento y calidez en la recepción. No les importa el bienestar del cliente.

La habitacion olia a humedad, y de los 3 dias que estuve uno la impieza fue incompleta.

Pésimo en todos los sentidos. La alberca sucia, el agua se veía turbia y von hojas de árbol, se ve que nunca la limpian. En la habitación no servía nada, ni el aire acondicionado, ni el teléfono, ni la TV. Las almohadas olían mal. Nos fuimos un día antes de lo mal que fuimos recibidos y no fueron tampoco nada amables, el trato deja mucho que desear. Jamás me vuelvo a hospedar ahí, ni de chiste.

I regularly stay in hotels all over Mexico a few times per month for my work , unfortunately I have never had a worse experience than I had at Hotel Maya Yucatan I expected that it being associated with Kavia a large chain , it would be ok, but boy was I wrong! First off the hotel room was a lot more run down that it shows in the pictures , it needs a lot of maintenance, there was mould in the shower corners as well as in and around the faucet, then the linens were stained , the towels some of them either had stains or had rips , they never even left a had towel for us , and in some days they didn’t even change the towels But that was not the worse , during more than half of my stay there was no hot water when I needed to shower. Now I was there for work and had to be out by a certain time , and everytime this happened I called reception , and either they didn’t answer or they just said it would be fixed shortly and an hour later I still couldn’t take a shower and I was late for work , thanks to this The only way the staff would actually do something about it ( and even then it would take them 20 mins plus) would be if we physically went down to the reception and refused to leave them until they fixed it, this didn happen only once , it happened 4 times And on top of it the attitude from the staff was horrible , instead of helpful … Oh yeah and on the last day there was a dead cockroach outside of our room that no one ever swept up Save your money and don’t stay here !

EL PERSONAL AMABLE, PERO LA HABITACIÒN OLÌA MUY FEO

La bienvenida fue calida y servicial, muy atentos, las habitaciones están preciosas, muy cómodas y limpias gracias al personal de limpieza, una alberca bastante"instagrameable" quizá el único inconveniente, fue el echo de no tener un frigobar!!!! Pero se perdona jaja, es muy bueno aún así sin el frigobar llevaré una bolsa de hielos y una hielera jaja

Un hotel ya un poco viejo, creo que pueden mejorar las instalaciones y la limpieza en áreas comunes.

Habitación sucia, instalaciones muy viejas, la puerta ni siquiera abría bien. Que sea un hotel de bajo costo no significa que parezca casa abandonada. La almohada evidentemente estaba usada (olor a saliva en la funda) y mal olor en general. No volvería, además de que hay mejores opciones por precios similares.

Las habitaciones ya están un poquito viejas, el primer día estaba un poquito sucio el suelo.

Hotel Maya Yucatan by Kavia. Merida,Yuc. bn Review. First of all, my compliments to the photographer. The hotel IS NOT like it shows on pictures anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!! This hotel clearly needs maintenance badly, the first room they put us in on the top floor had a strong humidity odor, mildew growth on the ceiling, and warped floors. Definitely nothing like the pictures we saw on Expedia. Shame on Expedia as well, for not checking what they are selling ! I will not even mention their silly excuse at the front desk about our complaint of the room condition…However, they moved us to another room, and let’s say it was “a little better”, if you don't mind waiting 3 days for them to replace the shower head, while you have to shower with the water coming out of the broken side of the shower head (actually, the videos that we have of the shower are kinda funny) Anyway, my advice to everyone that reads this review is NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. On top of everything, the night before our check out, some of our things were missing… I do have to say, however, the people in the hotel were nice. My guess is, there is a serious management problem. There are MANY little hotels nearby, cheaper and way better. The only reason we didn’t move out was because our daughter had an operation in Merida, which was the only reason for our visit. Kindly The guest you will never see again.

El internet es de baja intensidad, no hay en las habitaciones buena señal.

No puedo calificar el servicio de internet, porque simplemente, no hay, así como tampoco hay televisión. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, así como la atención del personal. Y por si fuera poco, puertas rotas y muebles ya muy dañados.
