En general, el personal y el cuarto están muy bien. La comida está rica. La casa está súper agradable y muy bien ubicada. Muy amable el personal. Lo único es el estacionamiento, que es de valet y tienes que esperarte 20 minutos para que te lo entreguen. Sin embargo, se ve que es un tema que varios hoteles tienen.

Loved my stay at this hotel. Very clean, great location and amazing staff. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property, room was impeccable and made us feel like home. Reception was very accommodating and responsive. Breakfast was delicious too. We’ll definitely come back

Room was clean and beautiful. Staff was all very kind and helpful accommodating to the language barrier. Air conditioning was great in the room. courtyard breakfast was beautiful. The pool was amazing and clean. Only complaint is it is a little loud throughout the day and evening but the earplugs helped a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here. Communicating with staff via whatsapp was great and easy.

Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer.

Hotel nena was a beautiful property to stay at. Location was perfect and the staff and concierge were incredibly helpful and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Hotel Mena for an extended winter visit in San Miguel de Allende and it was a wonderful home base. The hotel has charming boutique character and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere that made it feel personal rather than commercial. The heated pool was a highlight — incredibly restorative after long days walking the cobblestone streets. It became part of our daily rhythm and truly elevated the stay. The location is excellent and very walkable, making it easy to explore the city and return to a comfortable, welcoming space. The staff were gracious and welcoming, including to our small dog, which we deeply appreciated. A lovely boutique option with character and warmth. We would happily return.

Everything was great. The location is fantastic, the stag very gentle and the facilities very comfortable. We had a great stay in San Miguel de Allende

The room was GORGEOUS, I absolutely loved it and the service, breakfast food etc was phenomenal. The ONLY thing that really stood out that was not great was the music - loud music was played throughout the hotel such that it permeated into the rooms from 10am to 11pm. They provided ear plugs but those are not comfortable for everyone. For guests that go to sleep earlier, or that are sensitive to sound, it was not ideal.

The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, shower very good and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor near the pool and nice and quiet. The location was convenient to the central tourist area.

We booked the Johanna suite, it was an entire casa within the hotel and was amazing! Clean and comfortable with a private rooftop deck and outdoor plunge tub. Everyone was superb, from helping with a car to and from the airport to answering questions. We even got free breakfast each morning. The location couldn't be beat, just a couple blocks from the Parroquia and Jardin. Loved our stay and will book again!

The hotel is in a great location and the hotel and rooms are beautiful. The bathrooms are also spacious. The pool isn’t huge but is great for taking a dip after a day walking around. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is both a restaurant and a rooftop bar in the hotel and they play music, which can be heard from the rooms, from 10AM until 10 or 11. Also the free breakfast does not start until 9:00. So if you are the type that is early to bed and early to rise, keep this in mind.

No light in too S, lighting low, hard to get ready for wedding, rest was good. Wish Renata room had window and light.

Room, bathroom and shower very clean. Only small issue is the music playing from next door rooftop up to about 11 pm. La Dona restaurant was amazing, sir ice and food great. The breakfast included was the best

The rooms have tainted windows which make the rooms feel really enclosed. Service in restaurant is very limited in schedule. Staff was very nice, especially in front desk.

Everything was clean, services were very nice and the room next to the pool was excellent. Our room safe was broken, and toiletries were not restocked, however, those were fairly minor things.
