We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We were a group of 14 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations—from the food to the venue and especially the private dinner experience. Special thanks to Operations Manager Jobeth, Banquet Captain Alvin, F&B Manager Armie, Wendell (Audio Visual Technician), Catherine, and Marinelle (HTU OJT). The entire team was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and definitely worth every penny!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We were a group of 14 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations—from the food to the venue and especially the private dinner experience. Special thanks to Operations Manager Jobeth, Banquet Captain Alvin, F&B Manager Armie, Wendell (Audio Visual Technician), Catherine, and Marinelle (HTU OJT). The entire team was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and definitely worth every penny!

This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Service was consistently poor from start to finish. There were lines for everything, and the front desk always seemed backed up and disorganized. Even something simple like coordinating our one complimentary meal at the restaurant turned into a 30-minute wait while staff tried to sort it out. Transportation was another headache — both of our shuttles to and from the resort were mishandled, adding unnecessary stress to the trip. The room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t clean, there were paint drippings all over the screens, and the shower floor actually sloped toward the bathroom door instead of the drain, so we had to rush showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. On top of that, construction noise with jackhammers made it hard to relax, and our deck opened directly toward a pool full of screaming kids, which meant constant noise. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and disorganized, and the experience fell far below expectations. I would not return. I had more but you get the point.

Another Philippines hotel good from far but far from good. Advertises with all these activities but yet they are not offered or run down, have a look at the “beach volleyball” for example. The grounds nearing the water look like an abandoned 90’s resort. There used to be a floating dock to a sandbar but they’ve allowed it to become damaged and just pushed up against the shore rather than neatly towed and docked out of site. The entire resort looks outdated and not at all maintained. Every plush cushion I looked at to sit on was stained in some way to some degree so I didn’t sit on anything but our bed. Would not recommend staying at this resort. Resort needs to do better at maintaining instead of adding a ridiculous amount of details/decor to an aging hotel.

The room was amazing they set it up all special for our honeymoon!!! the resort is breathtaking we ate at the Japanese restaurant and Italian restaurant and it was sooo delicious. Service was a little slow but worth the wait! The hot water wasn’t working but they quickly fixed it ! Staff was on top of everything and so so kind. We would definitely come back to visit !
