This place was just amazing from when we first arrived to the end. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They all spoke English which was a huge help in our stay. Clean room and friendly staff however we were disappointed with their buffet restaurant "Fresh international buffet" but shoutout to their Waterside Bar esp on Mother's Day celebration they made sure we're taken care of even for short notice

This place was just amazing from when we first arrived to the end. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They all spoke English which was a huge help in our stay. I have to stay one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Mahalo we will def come back again. To the staff thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were excellent. Food at the Fresh buffet was consistently excellent although it took a very long time to get salt and pepper brought to the table. It seems like they should already have those on the table. As a non-smoker, I was very disappointed to find a small room with a few old slot machines in some lonely corner as the only dedicated non-smoking area. We ate our first meal at the Oasis restaurant. The service was horrible, and the food took way too long to be served. In fact, I told one of the few waitstaff that we would be leaving if our food wasn't served to us within ten minutes. That seemed to bring some better results. We could see that the other customers were having the same problems with service as we were. I would avoid the Oasis. The swimming pool seemed odd. It was very long and narrow and only 4-foot deep. It was clean but just not what I would expect at a RESORT. They really seem to want you gambling instead.

The hotel was in perfect location, easy access to to shopping centers, groceries and other public attractions nearby. Our room had a Manila bay view, so clean, furnished elegantly. Staff from checking in to housekeeping was very accommodating and professional. Restaurants inside the hotel had variety of choices to choose from buffet to sit down dinner. Overall the hotel and casino definitely highly recommended!

THE WORST. The comedy of errors would have been hilarious if it was not happening to my 85-year old father. Through a series of assumptions, they failed to listen and provide the appropriate services to a diabetic who had limited mobility. THE WORST.
