The staff are great, respectful and friendly. The facility is old. They charge for bath robes, charge for a stain towel. They charge for everything. I went to 3 different hotels during my visit in the Philippines and this place charge a lot of fee. Fee here fee there. Fee fee fee fee.

The staff is very friendly, even gave my brother a birthday cake. The only thing I wish they could have done promptly is assisting us with our luggage upon check out. We waited for more than 15 minutes so my brother decided to drag our luggage plus other stuff we bought that made my brother felt fatigued. (He had open heart surgery 6 months ago. I can’t help either because of my left knee pain. ) But overall, I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a good location near the wall of the old town ( intramuros). The staff is friendly and efficient. Transportation from the airport is available and I recommend it. The rooms are OK though aging a bit with scratches and a few breaks and the hot water is sometimes just barely warm. The penthouse restaurant is very nice with a beautiful view and good food reasonably priced. Overall I recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Walking distance to Philippine immigration (for my visa extension; get there 1/2 hour before doors open or youll be there all day), and a short 'grab' ride to VAC and ST Lukes. We got all three done in 3 days. Good place and convenient...The SM mall is within walking distance too (you'll get your steps in).

The hotel is in a good location near the wall of the old town ( intramuros). The staff is friendly and efficient. Transportation from the airport is available and I recommend it. The rooms are OK though aging a bit with scratches and a few breaks and the hot water is sometimes just barely warm. The penthouse restaurant is very nice with a beautiful view and good food reasonably priced. Overall I recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Wie immer sehr toll hier. Das highlight wie immer das essen auf dem Dach. Haben um späten Checkout gebeten und das hat mit kleinen Aufpreis bis zum Abend geklappt. Immer gerne wieder.

Perfect location to experience Intramuros, Rizal Park, & the National Museums. Superb staff that were very accommodating. Dining included panoramic views from rooftop restaurant, a great breakfast buffet, topped off with a nice attached cafe at street level.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Walking distance to Philippine immigration (for my visa extension; get there 1/2 hour before doors open or youll be there all day), and a short 'grab' ride to VAC and ST Lukes. We got all three done in 3 days. Good place and convenient...The SM mall is within walking distance too (you'll get your steps in).
