Very good value to stay,easy access to shops and subway, quiet area and staff very friendly and helpful

Clean and good location

Beautiful stay, in a lively District. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

De kamers zijn wat klein, de badkamer is hèèl erg klein en smal. Met een schuifdeur, dat rammelt aan alle kanten, ga je naar binnen. Zodra je het licht aan doet gaat de afzuiging aan, deze staat knetter hard, dus wanneer je mede reiziger lekker ligt te slapen, dan is die binnen enkele seconden wakker vanwege het lawaai. De slaapkamers zijn vreselijk warm, wanneer je de kachel uitzet, staat deze weer aan zodra je terug bent van je dagje weg. Je moet aan de receptie vragen voor nieuwe handdoeken of als je je bed wilt verschonen. De schoonmaaksters doen alleen de prullebakken verversen en een stofzuiger er door. Wanneer je een bordje hangt van please make room...nou..dat bordje hangt er bij terugkomst nog steeds en hebben ze alleen de prullebakzakken gedaan. De bedden zijn hèèl klein en smal en helaas maar 1 dekbed. De receptionisten kijken meer op hun moboel dan dat ze je gedag zeggen. In de straat zijn er genoeg, restaurants, winkels en supermarkten. De bus stopt vlakbij het hotel.

Excellent accommodation. No need for early check in just drop your luggage and go. Centrally located and quiet. Very reasonably priced and triple room ideal when out with your friends or family.

Cosy hotel, well situated in the West End of Glasgow. Very friendly and helpfil staff.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is well connected to the other parts of the city because it has subway stations nearby. The breakfast was very complete and a great deal for its price. There are many restaurants at a walking distance.

Was a good basic hotel for 2 nights. Nothing fancy. Room was clean and tidy. There were a couple of cosmetic details that should've been dealt with (wallpaper coming unstuck, a couple of bathroom floor tiles uneven, grout coming out). Bed was quite firm which I liked but the pillows were lumpy. Tea and coffee provided with an added touch of biscuits. Plenty of sockets and at least 2 usb ports. Good choice available for breakfast, all help yourself. Cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread for continental and the usual fayre for a Scottish breakfast. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs over the road and nearby. Close to the Botanic gardens and the Kelvingrove museum, both well worth a visit.

Dull, boring & bland. Desperately needs updating. Bathroom was dire. Bed sheets were blood stained. Breakfast buffet seemed to have been sitting there for hours. Good location but unremarkable if not shabby stay.

Good location in the West End of Glasgow, close to the Botanic Gardens and local restaurants. Good cooked breakfast. Room was small, small double bed and tiny bathroom. Room was basic and in need of some refurbishment. Overall hotel was ok for a short stay and cheaper than other hotels in Glasgow hoteGlasgow

The room was adequate. Bedroom area was clean, although beds and bedding not very comfortable and the room never really got warm. The bathroom was very sparse, lighting was terrible and the shower bottom was moldy and the shower fixture had loose pieces. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Just needs finesse, maybe 1 thing on the wall…. Also, tv reception was pixelated except on 1 channel.

The Room was small but it had everything that was required and it was clean. The two reception staff whom i talked with were cautious and polite, the breakfast was good and reception was helpful when i asked about buses. It is a 40min walk from Buchanan Bus Station but quite easy with google maps. The music venue Oran Mor just a five minute walk away also The Botanical Gardens just the same.

Clean and comfortable room with really good quality breakfast. Comfy bed with a good nights sleep. Great value for money in a fantastic part of the city.

Bedding is thin & low quality. Room was very tired but shower room was newly installed Parking is on street at £4.50 per hour. Good price if you arrive by public transport rather than by car unless you want to park 500 metres away.
