This hotel is very great in giving good service and help for its customers. Reception staff is great. The all inclusive deal was very nice to have. Great pool. Clean and fresh rooms. They were very helpful the whole stay.

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Essen war super.

Lovely hotel and staff. Plenty of staff to ensure all remained clean and spotless and they do work tirelessly to this end too. Reception staff always nice, pleasant and helpful too. Food and drink fairly priced and of good quality too, so no complaints. Pool area very clean and plenty of beds available for all. I liked that there is no smoking pool side. A smoking area is provided not too far away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kumara. It was a great place for family; it has a shallow pool for small children as well as a small play area. The layout allowed us to stay outside our room whilst being able to watch our little one in these areas. The hotel was extremely clean. Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults).

Wir waren ca zum 4x im Hotel. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, freundliches Personal und hat alles was es für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vegetarische und vegane Gerichte können auf Wunsch aus der Karte ausgewählt werden müssen aber explizit erwähnt werden sonst ist das Buffet sehr fleisch bzw tierlastig. Aber alles schmeckt sehr gut und frisch.

Very secluded and all nice staff, always accommodating and letting us know all the information required for our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. The room was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and I definitely recommend it to other travelers. Thank you!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit ruhigen komfortablen Zimmern und leckerem Essen.

Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible.

Schöne kleine Anlage. Alles noch recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Das Meer mit den touristischen Spots Faro oder Playa Ingles ist fußläufig ein gutes Stück entfernt, da der Goldplatz das Gelände von den Dünen trennt. Es gibt aber kostenlose Shuttlebusse und Taxis sind auf GC auch günstig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, daher war das nicht relevant. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen haben wir nur ein mal getestet. Es war ok, aber keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Wir haben lieber die zahlreichen Restaurants in Maspalomas genutzt. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank für die persönliche Nutzung. Leider gibt es keine Liegestühle die zu den Zimmern gehören. Das wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da unsere Suite in der oberen Reihe war und ein eigenes kleines Stück mit Kunstrasen davor war. Es gab aber sonst zu jeder Zeit ausreichend kostenlose Liegen am Pool. Balinesische Doppel-Sonnenliegen hätte es gegen Aufpreis (10 Euro pro Tag) gegeben, diese waren aber immer stark umkämpft und die normalen waren für uns ausreichend. Es gab ein kleinen Fitnessstudio mit einer guten Ausstattung (Lufbänder, Egometer, Kurzhanteln, Multipresse, Kabelzüge). Damit ließ sich ein gutes Training gestalten. Die täglichen Fitnesskurse (z.B. Yoga) haben wir nicht genutzt.

Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it. It didn't matter much for me as i'm not a drinker. Location wise - if we didn't have a car it would be tricky as the hotel is bit far from main centre.

Flott kompleks, men litt unna sivilisasjonen. Det er ikke gatelys, så måtte benytte mobiltelefonen som lykt. Drepte 3 kakerlakker i leiligheten i løpet av 3 dager. Ikke særlig innbydende. Ellers ok opphold. Gode senger og stille.
