Staff is super nice, great kitchen to use, warm and functional room - and best of all, the location. Right next to the train station!

The private room was spacious and comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was very good value and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

So cold,and they have just 1 shower and toilet.

The lady at the reception was rude. The toilet was dirty, and the water temperature was so low that I couldn’t take a proper shower. There is also NO LIFT, while the dormitory is in 4th floor. The only positive aspect was the location, as it is close to the station.

Code was in my email inbox when I arrived after 7 and key ready inside. Accommodation was very charming- clean and simple and perfect ski hotel.

The room was great and met our needs. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful when seeking information. Really appreciated the storage lockers to put our baggage until our departure later in the day. Location of facility is the best and very convenient. Really liked this place and location.

我們訂有私人衛浴的，房間非常小，連一張椅子也沒有、沒有空調、電風扇，開窗戶外面是馬路，很吵，價錢也不見得便宜，十分不推薦。

Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains. I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped for major cooking or in my case, microwave food and kettle for tea. There seemed to be enough showers and toilets to go around and the coin operated washer/dryer was a welcome luxury that other hotels i stayed at didn’t seem to have. The desk clerks were nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

Lovely front desk welcome, and check in was able to happen early after a long travel day. My room was clean, and my bed was super comfortable. I had a shared bathroom and shower, but it was always impeccably clean and stocked. Water was hot/pressure was great. It was nice having my own sink and vanity in my room, and fresh towels were provided daily. Clear view of the Matterhorn from my little balcony, which was beautiful. The cons: no lift, and the restaurant noise outside was super intense on my second out of two nights until 11:30pm, and I had to start my hike to Matterhorn base camp early the next morning. That was rough.

Beautiful facility and surrounding area, Kitchen is well equipped and maintained . Beds are comfortable.
