I took a gamble with staying at this place, and this was a gamble firstly in terms of the lack of reviews, and secondly, in terms of the price.
I have to say it is one my less pleasurable experiences in a hotel. The room is absolutely tiny. It feels a little claustrophobic. This would obviously vary depending on room, but the window view I had was just of a wall about 2m away of all the piping. I actually think I might prefer no window to a view of the wall.
The bathroom had its own problems too. For example, the showerhead couldn't really be secured in a fixed position because the holder (or the showerhead) itself was a little damaged. The toilet was also very small, and it is also not properly concealed as there is no lock. The windows are also glazed mostly through the middle, with the bottom maybe 20cm being unglazed, which allows people to see through. The sink is very small.
I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here with anyone you're not close/comfortable with (due to the bathroom situation), or someone with big luggage (due to the size of the room). They do have a lift, the location is also quite fantastic, and the service (depending on who you get) is decent. The lady who works during the day is quite pleasant, but the overnight gentleman doesn't seem as friendly.
