Fantastic experience for the price paid. Lovely, friendly and helpfulstaff! We're just next to an awesome Korean BBQ place + Cat Cafe + 7-11 + plenty of massage palours + Terminal 21 + Asok BTS station!! Will definitely reconsider this place.

Sib Kao was hands-down the best decision we made on our trip! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the metro, 3 minutes to Terminal 21 (a great mall with solid food options), and within 10 minutes you’ve got street markets, shopping, restaurants, bars, rooftop clubs—you name it, it’s within reach. This place truly is a hidden gem. No matter the time of day, the staff was consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. They made us feel so welcome from start to finish. If I could give this place an 11/10, I absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Sib Kao, for the incredible hospitality!

There were two problems: the room had tiny desk and bedside tables (which was joke). (see picture). I told management that these are not acceptable for a hotel room. Second, I was on the highest floor (7th floor) and on one morning at 7AM, I was woken by noise of the hotel staff cleaning the roof. I told the front desk to stop this at once, and after 10 minutes, the noise stopped. Then few days later, the smae thing happened again, and I had to tell them repeatedly to stop this, including having to scream at the front desk, and finally it stopped. So dont stay on the 7th floor, and the management doesnt have professional management menatality of most hotels. They will argue with you regarding your complaints. In summary, the location is excellent, and cleanliness and condition is ok, but you still have to deal with their 3-star mom-and-pop mentality.

Two complaints: the room had tiny desk and bedside tables. Also, I complained about their employees cleaning the rooftop and making lots of noise at 7AM, and it happened again few days later, and took lots of back and forth to get them to stop. DO NOT STAY on the 7th floor, because I expect them to continue to do this. Finallly, the staff tends to argue with you instead of addressing the problem like a five star hotel.

I made a mistake early on with a remark about hot water there was in fact plenty of hot water I just need to learn how the taps work in different countries. The bed was excellent and some of the best sleep I have had for a few years. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and all of the facilities were modern and of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again

到着して早々にに親切なスタッフに迎えられて旅の疲れが癒やされました。立地もよく、個人的には屋上テラスが気に入りました。 ただ、クリーニング後の部屋に戻ると、床に置いていたサンダルが、テーブルの上にありショックを受けました。清掃はどこもそんなものかもしれませんが、知らないままが良かったかな。 そこはマイナス点ですが、マッサージ屋も近くにあって次回もきっと泊まるでしょう。

ウエスティンの近くで近くに711もあり、屋台も少しあり、駅まで徒歩5分くらい。周辺の環境はいいと思います。部屋はリフォームしたと思いますがキレイですし、シャワーの湯量も問題ありませんでした。エレベーターはふるさを隠せませんが、全体的にはとてもいいと思います。

Fantastic experience for the price paid. Lovely, friendly and helpfulstaff! We're just next to an awesome Korean BBQ place + Cat Cafe + 7-11 + plenty of massage palours + Terminal 21 + Asok BTS station!! Will definitely reconsider this place.

Two complaints: the room had tiny desk and bedside tables. Also, I complained about their employees cleaning the rooftop and making lots of noise at 7AM, and it happened again few days later, and took lots of back and forth to get them to stop. DO NOT STAY on the 7th floor, because I expect them to continue to do this. Finallly, the staff tends to argue with you instead of addressing the problem like a five star hotel.

Sib Kao was hands-down the best decision we made on our trip! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the metro, 3 minutes to Terminal 21 (a great mall with solid food options), and within 10 minutes you’ve got street markets, shopping, restaurants, bars, rooftop clubs—you name it, it’s within reach. This place truly is a hidden gem. No matter the time of day, the staff was consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. They made us feel so welcome from start to finish. If I could give this place an 11/10, I absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Sib Kao, for the incredible hospitality!

I made a mistake early on with a remark about hot water there was in fact plenty of hot water I just need to learn how the taps work in different countries. The bed was excellent and some of the best sleep I have had for a few years. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and all of the facilities were modern and of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again

到着して早々にに親切なスタッフに迎えられて旅の疲れが癒やされました。立地もよく、個人的には屋上テラスが気に入りました。 ただ、クリーニング後の部屋に戻ると、床に置いていたサンダルが、テーブルの上にありショックを受けました。清掃はどこもそんなものかもしれませんが、知らないままが良かったかな。 そこはマイナス点ですが、マッサージ屋も近くにあって次回もきっと泊まるでしょう。

ウエスティンの近くで近くに711もあり、屋台も少しあり、駅まで徒歩5分くらい。周辺の環境はいいと思います。部屋はリフォームしたと思いますがキレイですし、シャワーの湯量も問題ありませんでした。エレベーターはふるさを隠せませんが、全体的にはとてもいいと思います。

The staff are great. They are extremely friendly, polite and accommodating! My partner had a birthday a few days before exhaust air and the staff noticed. They surprised us with some sweets on an etagere!
