Right by the port which provided a sense of safety. Senior Frogs is adjacent to the property which allowed for a quick walk for a bite to eat along with other dining options on the property. The $42 drink credit was nice but it was only for 1 time. One thing to consider is 15% auto gratuity plus 10% value added tax. The VAT was unexpected.

Hotel is beautiful, lots of character being an old hotel… renovated nicely, the poolside + service was amazing. Listen your on island time… be patient and relax, the staff was extremely friendly, hard working and we had the best time. Highly suggested for a return visit. Location was amazing too!

We reserved on shorter notice and the hotel was what we were hoping for when we booked. A clean, big enough room with an ocean view, a pool, a fabulous private beach, and enough food options in combination with the next door Margaritaville resort to provide food options on site. The staff were very friendly. It was a great experience staying there.

They had no room for me !! Totally sold out . One room they took me to needed something fixed so they wouldn’t give it to me . Then after having to traipse back down yet again, they sent me to another room in which the bed looked like an unholy massacre of sorts ( figure it out ) - sheet’s all rolled up, filthy , not even attached to the bed, garbage pails full , towels in the sink - totally disgusting . That was only room. By now it’s 45 min of going back and forth and I’m exhausted & it’s late. Additionally you cannot pull up to hotel as all roads closed so had to get out a block away and roll my luggage through massive crowds, loud music & blinking lights . Lastly downstairs was a total disco ! How anyone would have been able to sleep beyond me . So I couldn’t check in and need refund my money for this travesty of a night & total debacle . This hotel looks pretty, but it's pretty much the only thing going on for it. The room had a weird smell that never goes away. The bathroom makes a weird plumbing noise continuously, you have to shut the bathroom door for a chance to sleep. And then there's the horrible service overall. Hours of wait for food at the restaurants. Pool runs out of space and towels by noon. Staff do not care at all and are generally not willing to help. It's even impossible to reach the front desk as the phone in the room doesn't work. Not coming back here ever.

The 3 day stay was good. It was as a New Years Eve trip. The room was ok I did not consider the room a premium ocean view as most of the view was the roof. We were not able to check in until 430pm because the room was not clean. The next day we were out most of the day we come back to the room at 230 our room had not been cleaned. Some staff were friendly some not so much. I expected the hotel to have some kind of entertainment for the New Year there was none and not much to do after 6pm. We went to another resort for New Years Eve. Overall stay was ok nothing special.

The room attendants were amazing,very attentive and on top of things. However selling day passes to all the people on the ships takes all the chairs, day beds, towels and service away from the actual guests staying at the resort. It was almost impossible to get a spot at the pool or beach . The $49 dollar a day resort fee added at the very end was also quite a surprise and not a happy one.

The room was fine, though not big. The staff were very good. The beach is the best. The location is great if you want to shop a lot. Food was expensive. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but there are a few that are great for lunch. Almost none are open after 4:00.

Had to call everyday to get the room cleaned or they wouldn't come. The beach bar had limited drinks available, alway out of stock. Breakfest was $35 and Woods bar had limited sitting every night. Beach had a lot of garbage on it. Resort is really worn down.

They had no room for me !! Totally sold out . One room they took me to needed something fixed so they wouldn’t give it to me . Then after having to traipse back down yet again, they sent me to another room in which the bed looked like an unholy massacre of sorts ( figure it out ) - sheet’s all rolled up, filthy , not even attached to the bed, garbage pails full , towels in the sink - totally disgusting . That was only room. By now it’s 45 min of going back and forth and I’m exhausted & it’s late. Additionally you cannot pull up to hotel as all roads closed so had to get out a block away and roll my luggage through massive crowds, loud music & blinking lights . Lastly downstairs was a total disco ! How anyone would have been able to sleep beyond me . So I couldn’t check in and need refund my money for this travesty of a night & total debacle . Hotel is beautiful, lots of character being an old hotel… renovated nicely, the poolside + service was amazing. Listen your on island time… be patient and relax, the staff was extremely friendly, hard working and we had the best time. Highly suggested for a return visit. Location was amazing too!

This hotel looks pretty, but it's pretty much the only thing going on for it. The room had a weird smell that never goes away. The bathroom makes a weird plumbing noise continuously, you have to shut the bathroom door for a chance to sleep. And then there's the horrible service overall. Hours of wait for food at the restaurants. Pool runs out of space and towels by noon. Staff do not care at all and are generally not willing to help. It's even impossible to reach the front desk as the phone in the room doesn't work. Not coming back here ever.

The 3 day stay was good. It was as a New Years Eve trip. The room was ok I did not consider the room a premium ocean view as most of the view was the roof. We were not able to check in until 430pm because the room was not clean. The next day we were out most of the day we come back to the room at 230 our room had not been cleaned. Some staff were friendly some not so much. I expected the hotel to have some kind of entertainment for the New Year there was none and not much to do after 6pm. We went to another resort for New Years Eve. Overall stay was ok nothing special.

We reserved on shorter notice and the hotel was what we were hoping for when we booked. A clean, big enough room with an ocean view, a pool, a fabulous private beach, and enough food options in combination with the next door Margaritaville resort to provide food options on site. The staff were very friendly. It was a great experience staying there.

The room attendants were amazing,very attentive and on top of things. However selling day passes to all the people on the ships takes all the chairs, day beds, towels and service away from the actual guests staying at the resort. It was almost impossible to get a spot at the pool or beach . The $49 dollar a day resort fee added at the very end was also quite a surprise and not a happy one.

The room was fine, though not big. The staff were very good. The beach is the best. The location is great if you want to shop a lot. Food was expensive. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but there are a few that are great for lunch. Almost none are open after 4:00.

Had to call everyday to get the room cleaned or they wouldn't come. The beach bar had limited drinks available, alway out of stock. Breakfest was $35 and Woods bar had limited sitting every night. Beach had a lot of garbage on it. Resort is really worn down.
