Outdated room and facilities, I paid discounted price when I booked a room at the hotel but I will not be paying the full price. Large bathroom but there is no space to put toiletries near the washing tab. Dirty and filthy toilet facility near the lobby and bar area.

Zeer mooi hotel, ruime en mooie luxekamer en zeer toffe badkamer. Spa is zeer aangenaam, leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Lekker ontbijt, personeel is behulpzaam en er is ook een gezellige bar. Het hotel is op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum.
Pas op er is niet voldoende parking voor iedereen en dit is extra betalen.

On the first night I got a bed that had been joined two single beds and it felt very uncomfortable as I kept rolling to the centre where the mattresses had been joined so I woke up with a back ache. On the second day the cleaning team left a cleaning cloth with bleach on my daughters dress and the dress got bleached. Kitchen team prepared very good meals , the tall man at the help desk was very friendly and helpful.

Easy parking behind the hotel at just £14.00 via the mipermit app. Free to park between 6pm and 08.00. The hotel also offers parking but this costs £21 a day. Easy walkable route into town for the Castle and city centre shopping. I would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the staff really helpful, but the place looks a bit tired and in need of a spruce up. The pool had paint peeling off the walls.
We didn’t expect to pay extra for using the pool.

My husband and I, stayed for 4 nights for our anniversary, staff were friendly especially Shane, however the lady on the desk when I was checking out was a bit abrupt when I asked her if she could let my husband go in the outside lift with the suitcase because he needs an operation, she said it's only for wheelchair users? I also thought the charges to use the pool where high, bearing in mind we were staying at the hotel and not just walked in off the street. We also thought it was £10 a day for the use of the pool but it turns out its every time you go in there, so if you have to go to your room for something then you have to pay to go back in! The changing room wasn't very clean ever.

Room was spacious clean and tidy. Had everything needed for a great stay. Also had a mini fridge which I think is great for a room. The breakfast was great and good food. The restaurant was very nice and although we didn’t use the bar it looked very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The spa treatments were great. Sadly hotel staff didn’t seem to communicate well at check in or other times we went to the desk. All looks good from the outside and room was nice just the air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly.

From the outside the hotel looks amazing but step inside and your ratings start to drop carpets in corridor stained there was dirty linen left outside the door - going through the door we were greeted with a big stain on the carpet while inside the room the curtains were drawn and beads of light were coming through where there were holes in the curtains- the head board had a tear and the bottom sheet had 2 holes in ot moving into the bathroom the towels were really rough and discoloured - extremely disappointed at what is described as a 4 star hotel l would personally rate this much lower .
