電気ポットがあると有り難かった。アールズコート駅の近くで立地はとても良い。近くにパブがあって、ビールやフィッシュ＆チップスも楽しめた。帰国日のヒースロー空港までの路線が地下鉄工事だと前夜に知って、ナイトバスを使うことにしたが、そのバス停も十数分でたどり着けた。

Clean and tidy room, well located and an excellent night's sleep - perfect for a single night stay. The hotel has a good breakfast area and free tea & coffee is provided there during the day as well. The hotel staff were kind enough to let me sit in there for a couple of hours after checking out whilst I did some work and it was comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was simple but sufficient with toast and cereals on buffet and warmed croissants served to you. My only minor gripes were that the gents toilets accessed from the breakfast area were out of service and this wasn't signed until you got down the stairs to them, and that you are required to leave your key card at the main desk when going out. I imagine many people don't bother of course.

O quarto de hotel é excelente , somente o banheiro é um problema, quando se liga o chuveiro o banheiro fica alagado, sendo impossível usá-lo sem que seja limpo novamente e o café da manhã deixa a desejar, poucas opções de alimentos .

Check in staff was excellent. Room was tiny and the bath looked like it had been painted and there were broken fittings in the bathroom. The shower was great though! Breakfast was good. Granola and 2 pastries. Instant coffee was ok but not great.

Stayed for 5 days, and had a great stay! The Hotel is super central, yet very peaceful and quiet. Slept well each night, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. They also have a large garden, so I felt safe going outside for a smoke.

Les points forts : l'hôtel et les chambres sont très (très) propre. Les serviettes sont changées tout les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute (j'ai eu un problème de siège de toilette cassé. Je l'ai signalé au matin et il a été changé dans la journée). Ma chambre était très spacieuse. Il est très bien placé, à environ 100m du métro avec pas mal de commodités autour. Le prix des petits déjeunés est tout à fait correct mais je ne l,ai pas testé. Les points faibles : Horriblement bruyant ! J'avais le balai des livreurs deliveroo juste sous ma fenêtre jusqu'à des 2h du matin tout les jours. En plus des bruits de passage dans la rue adjacente très fréquenté et pas de double vitrage. De plus, l'alarme incendie en pleine nuit qui se déclenche pour une raison indéterminée, c'est assez stressant. Tout dans la chambre est terriblement obsolète. Entre les lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas (plafonnier et frigo), la douche vétuste, les faillances ébréchées et le séchoir rafistolé au papier collant, tout est très très vétuste. D'ailleurs la salle de bain est très petite par rapport à la taille de la chambre et n'est absolument pas fonctionnelle. Mon ressenti est très mitigé sur cet établissement.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, pillows were in bad shape. Staff was friendly, housekeeping team were amazing.

Nous avons trouvé qu'il n'y avait pas assez de propositions pour le petit déjeuner. De plus, le lit était incurvé donc mal au dos durant la nuit et surtout au réveil. La chasse d'eau ne marchait pas donc pas très agréable, le personnel doit être au courant de cela ( quand il venait refaire le lit, tout le papier avait disparu dans les toilettes ) mais ne fait rien pour l'arranger.

The room itself was ok, but the fridge did not work, the bathtub was sketchy and covered in dents and bumps, the TV only worked intermittently, the Wi-Fi was good. On my last night, the new people next door were smoking pot out their open window, which then drifted in to my open window. The staff was great! And the location near a tube station, was great as well. However, I would probably not stay again unless the hotel is refurbished.

Sehr geehrtes Hotelmanagement, während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel in London kam es zu mehreren erheblichen Mängeln, die ich hiermit offiziell melden möchte. Beim normalen Versuch, ein Fenster in meinem Zimmer (Zimmer 607 oder 604, genaue Nummer leider nicht mehr sicher) zu schließen, fiel dieses plötzlich und unkontrolliert herunter und traf mich am Kopf. Das Fenster war offensichtlich defekt und nicht ordnungsgemäß gesichert. Zudem ließ es sich nicht zuverlässig schließen, und es gab keinerlei Hinweis oder Warnung, dass von dem Fenster eine Gefahr ausgeht. Unmittelbar nach dem Vorfall entwickelte sich eine deutliche Beule am Kopf sowie Symptome wie Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Schwäche und Kreislaufprobleme. Auch während des Rückflugs nach Deutschland hielten die Beschwerden an. Zusätzlich zu diesem Vorfall war die Toilettenspülung im Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionsfähig und spülte nur unzureichend. Dieser Mangel beeinträchtigte den Aufenthalt ebenfalls erheblich. Das Schließen eines Fensters sowie die Nutzung einer funktionierenden Toilette gehören zu den grundlegenden und normalen Erwartungen an ein Hotelzimmer. Die genannten Punkte stellen aus meiner Sicht klare Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmängel dar. Leider kann ich insgesamt keine positiven Erfahrungen aus meinem Aufenthalt berichten. Staff were polite and friendly, room was clean, warm and inviting. Great location. Great breakfast included. Shower just needed attention, but was usable. Thank you for the stay.

Nice and reasonably spacious room. Only negative thing was the breakfast. Could easily be improved by adding some more options, like ham and cheese.
