Great views… crowded hot tub and sauna.

El hotel no está en el centro de Banff pero todo esta a 5 minutos en auto o en bus que te obsequia de forma gratuita el hotel. Las habitaciones son bonitas y amplias, asi como las instalaciones del hotel.

Es un lugar maravilloso, las cabañas son muy amplias y cómodas; cuentan con estufa, microondas y lava platos. La propiedad es sumamente hermosa y el personal muy amable. Sin duda volvería.

We made the best of it, but it was one let down after another. We have been coming here for 15 years, and it’s never been a luxury getaway. But it’s so rundown now I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Unless you’re 20 and going to party with 10 people in your room like the suite on top of us. The hottub is their money maker, and it was freezing, the sauna was very cold as well, too cold to sit in. The pool was filled with debris from the wind the day before. Quite a few people complained about this and the answer was always “maintenance has been called”. Went inside for a hot chocolate, only the find there was no water, no problem, asked for the young Asian lady working behind the counter to fill it up for us. She came back with a carafe filled with lukewarm tap water. Awesome. 0/10 for effort. The unit was EXTREMELY RUNDOWN and FILTHY. It has not been vacuumed, hair and dirt all over the floors, the walls looked scary they were so dirty. I think someone stole the photo on the wall because it was bare. The furniture has never changed since we’ve been coming and it shows. Very dirty couch and scratched up tables. The carpet was scary, we didn’t walk on it with our bare feet that’s how bad it was.

Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. 10 min walk to main road in Banff. Fireplace in room was nice. The rooms could use a deep clean but they were fine for the outdoor feel it strives for.

The unit was well appointed comfortable and clean.

Great room layout for families. Has all amenities you need to feel at home. It’s clean but dated. Views are amazing especially during the day in the hot tub. We would stay again.

Room is old with minimal lighting. Staff was friendly. Sidewalks and road were very slippery. We had a fall resulting in a ems ride to the hospital with possible surgery. The top pool was warm the bottom pool was colder. Neither were hot.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff was very courteous and helpful and the resort and area is breathtaking. We loved everything about our stay and WILL most certainly be back!

This hotel is fabulous for the price.

Great hot tub and nice to have wood burning fireplace!

In unit heat did not work for full time of stay We had requested months in advance to have a unit close to the amenities to provide easy access for mother in law. We were provided with a unit that was at the farthest part of the complex.

Overall staff was great super friendly. The room we stayed in was in pretty rough condition. Most of the windows didn’t seal. Kitchen equipment poor condition. Time for a Reno!

The pool was amazing and the extra mile they went for my sisters birthday was great.

Clean and friendly staff

We had some issues with our first room. After contacting the manager they upgraded us to a better room that was excellent. Really pleased with the service provided. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Clean, great spot. Awesome hot tub. Real fireplace.

Everything was great as usual! We have stayed here a few times before. Amenities are great beautiful hot tub and welcoming staff.
