This is our absolute favourite place to stay in Banff. Lots of staff around, very courteous. Although rooms need deeper cleaning. Hot tub needs some repairs. I’d stay again , just some tips.

The resort is a bit dated and could use some upgrades (e.g. bigger TVs in which you could use Roku devices to play movies, or Smart TVs). Having "Do not Disturb" signs on the door would be helpful. The best part of this resort is the large hot tub, heated swim pool and sauna! The resort is quiet with beautiful surroundings.

Hot tub alone is worth the visit. Rooms a little dated but clean and spacious with a wood burning fireplace. Next time I stay I might request and upper room because the skiers were making quite a bit of noise above use when getting ready early in the morning. Had a couple of deer come right to out balconey the second morning.

Staff working are all.amzing. the hot tub and sauna were both clean. The rooms were also clean.

We have stayed at Hidden Ridge before and this time again did not disappoint. The staff were amazing and the room was amazing. Only a short bus ride from downtown Banff. Looking forward to our next stay at hidden ridge!

Room was clean. Cleaned very well daily. Stale smoke smell in the room from poorly ventilated fireplace I think. We had multiple key card issues which is unfortunate to have to walk all the way to the front desk. Hot tub and sauna were amazing!!

Hidden Ridge Resort was an incredible experience. I only stayed for one night, but it did not disappoint. My buddy and I came for the Banff skijoring event, and we absolutely loved our stay. My favorite parts were the mountain views from the hot pool, the sauna, and the super convenient location right beside the bus station. The free transit tickets they provide were a huge bonus. The wood-burning fireplace added such a cozy touch, and the heated floors in the pool area were an awesome detail I didn’t know I needed. Even the washroom facilities were clean and well-designed. There were so many little details that made the stay feel special. On top of that, the staff were kind and friendly, and everything was smooth with little to no wait time. Honestly, an incredible experience. I’ll probably book the same place again next year.

Loved the heated pools and friendliness of the front desk, everything we needed help with they had an answer for!
