Staff is great - helpful & attentive. It is in a central location close to Metro. Great place for base camp. Their parking assignment right next door was very convenient. Because it is in the middle of everything g, it is in a congested and busy area. It is loud and exciting. I was there during F1 week.

The room was large and clean. It’s an old style hotel with huge double sink bathroom and a giant shower. However, everything was falling apart inside. The lever to flash the toilet fell off and we flashed using the lever straight in the tank. The bathroom door locks are finicky; we locked ourselves from the bathroom twice and opened it ourselves, as the hotel’s maintenance staff lives far and we would have had to wait hours to get it opened. The shower did not have enough water pressure and the handle to the door was falling off. Breakfast was included, but it was very poor. No hot food, just cold pastries, cereal, sweet yogurt and coffee. We got the place for its location, and that was good. All in all I would not recommend it for the money we paid ($250/night.)

Great location and close to metro/bus. Shops are everywhere. Room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Sineage is difficult to find

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and very good for couples. Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights when the hockey game was happening. So the nights were a bit loud with so many drunk hockey fans walking in downtown streets. There are many bakeries for breakfast: toasts, croissants, banana bread, and cookies. You can also have coffee, yogurt and fruits in the mornings. They let you store your luggage temporarily after checking out, which is a plus for us. Overall it was a good experience. Would love to book here again when we come to Montreal next time.

Pleasant property that is aging reasonably well

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located. Good wifi. My room was comfortable but the old wooden floor creaked a lot. No one under me so no matter and very little sound from other rooms. Room was clean but hallways had same dust and debris for my entire 5 days stay. Breakfast had coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal, prepackaged sweet stuff and white bread for toast. Would be nice to have something with some protein but there are stores! All said, I'd stay again.

Very good experience

Staff don’t sit at front desk. They are in a back office on their phones. Barely speak to guests. Don’t say hello or goodbye or thank you.

Lots of nearby construction noise with early morning start. Bed was very comfortable.

La déco est très originale, le seule hic, nous avions un puit de lumière dans notre chambre et c'était impossible de l'ombrager. Si non, BRAVO.

Yhe only two things that I will say this hotel is missing are: - Good pressure in the shower - Electrical connections near the bed. At least on my room the bed was in the middle of the room and without electrical connectors

Nice and big room, very clean, but there is a smell from the bathroom and it is very uncomfortable, we tried to keep the door closed but still smells. Breakfast ....I don't even know it we can call it a breakfast. Some day-old croissants, coffee pots, cereal and bread with butter and jam, apples and clementine. For the prices paid I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean room. Nice hotel. My room was inside facing and temperature control was challenging. (Very warm despite cool weather outside) But good overall.
