Ne merite aucunement ses 4 étoiles. Chambres très bruyantes, télévision 32 pouces à une ère où les télévisions ne courent pas si cher, avec très peu de choix de chaînes (pas de Netflix et le cast ne fonctionne pas), pas de réfrigérateur, mobilier en plastique dans la salle de bain. Le gel douche n’est pas remplacé, on a eu droit à une mini bouteille sur 3 nuits. De même pour la bouteille d’eau, nous en avons eu une seule (de petite taille) pour 2 personnes sur 3 nuits.

I love the location.

Very convenient location and interesting as it forms part of the Galleries with shops, restaurants, cinema etc, just off the Grand Place. Helpful front desk too.

Location is perfect, with train station, sights, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Super friendly staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. Woodpecker (rec by Lowiq) was amazing, we went 2x. Room is very clean and spacious for Europe standards. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, high-ceilinged room in a great location

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in europe, comfortable,clean,central,very affordable,very helpfull staff.and it had a elevator which seems like a luxury for hotels in europe

We never saw the same person twice at the front desk, but everyone was friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Our room was simple but clean and bright, with a surprise little balcony. Location was GREAT for exploring Brussels; note that it is right next to/above a Maison Dandoy so it always smells amazing (like waffles and cookies). :-) Note that the hotel is only accessible by car during early morning and maybe also late at night —otherwise if taking a taxi/Uber you need to be dropped off or picked up at either end of the Royal Galleries and walk 500 feet or so over smooth pavers to the hotel entrance. There are metro stops ~15 minutes away in two directions. We would stay here again for sure.

Right in the center and such a beautiful Galeries right next door. Like a movie set.

Perfect for tourism! Very nice room, personnel nice and helpful

The area is great. Staff was very helpful. A restaurant would be a welcome addition as well as comfy chairs in the rooms.

Fab hotel in a great central location, 5 minutes walk to central station and in the heart of some great bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations etc. Lovely quiet room. Perfect location for visiting all the main tourist destinations in Brussels and easy access to Bruges and Ghent if you fancy a day out by train. Highly recommended!

A bit hard to find

Fantastic location. Just 6 minutes walk from the Central Station and located by the Galerie shopping area.

Fabulous location, great help at the front desk, a little bit noisy but well worth it.

Perfect location

Hotel was in a great location. Very quaint, small boutique place that was very quiet. Hotel staff were amazing. The only issue we had was finding the hotel because it had such a small sign. We would definitely stay again.
