Clean room, plenty of teas/coffee, biscuits and water in the room. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. There is a good gym as well.

Everything was just right. Great welcome, awesome room, all very classy. Great location too and just a short walk from the NCP in Greyfriars Rd where you’ll get discounted parking. Staff all super friendly and a good quality breakfast to finish. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This place was great! The location is a bit hard to find at first - inside a shopping arcade - but once you are inside, it's lovely. Friendly staff & clean, spacious rooms.

Staff extremely courteous and the waiters in Lefel 6 on Monday evening 26th Jan were amazing.

Everything from booking to leaving was excellent. If I was going to say anything it would be the view but we were out most of the time. We had the Welsh themed room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable and two small bottle of water in the fridge.

Hotel is in a great location for the city centre. The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly throughout

Another excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. Staff, accommodation and breakfast still very good. This is about the 8th time we have stayed at the hotel over the years and it never disappoints.
