From your hotel, you will be taken to the Beijing Zoo, where you will get a glimpse of the giant pandas. The zoological research centre studies and breeds rare animals from various continents. Head next to a local pearl shop to see craftsmen make freshwater pearls into customised jewelleries. After lunch, continue onto the Summer Palace, and stroll along the palaces, lakes, and gardens. Last stop is at the Lama Temple, the largest working Tibetan-style temple in Beijing.
