Introduction to eSIM

eSIM (Embedded-SIM), also known as "embedded SIM card" or "virtual SIM card". Unlike traditional network cards that are removable, which need to be inserted into the card slot of the mobile device to be used, eSIM adopts a "virtual" form. Users only need to scan the exclusive QR Code to set up, and the card can be directly inserted into the mobile phone. You don't need to insert another physical card to download the traffic plan to your phone.

Apple mobile phones can download multiple eSIMs at a time, but only a maximum of 2 can be used at the same time

It is recommended to download and install on the day of going abroad

If the original telecommunication provider fails to deliver the goods normally, the system will automatically send another eSIM with the same plan from other telecommunication providers, without affecting the usage rights. For detailed settings, please refer to the description of the file content

Samsung mobile phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other countries, please check with the Samsung official website first.

iOS version 12.1 or above is required. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) or iPhone XS have the eSIM function, and other models do not support it

Please remember to turn off the data roaming of the original SIM card, so as not to use the mobile network of the original SIM card and cause high roaming charges

Once the QRCode is sent by email, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If the order is cancelled, all actual fees will be charged

The flow calculation method is from 00:00 to 23:59 every day (Taiwan time GMT+8). It is recommended to confirm whether the device you hold is suitable before purchasing, and install the eSim Internet access plan before leaving the country

The period of this esim product usage plan is calculated on the basis of the actual activation date as the first day, until 23:59 on the last day

The QRCode and usage instructions will be sent within 1 hour after placing the order and confirming the payment. Please note that the e-mail address left when ordering is filled in correctly. If you have any questions or do not receive the QRCode and related information within 90 minutes, please contact customer service immediately

Internet access is required to install eSIM, it is recommended to install it before going abroad

Scan the QRcode with your mobile phone and complete the installation (please refer to the picture above for detailed installation process)

installation steps:

1. Settings -> Mobile Services -> Add Action Plan

2. Scan the QR Code received by email, or manually enter the address and confirmation code, and then click "Next"

3. Click to confirm the "Certification Action Plan" window

4. After the addition is completed, the eSIM plan label (secondary) will appear, and you can change the name by yourself

5. After arriving at the destination, turn on your newly added plan service

Enable steps

1. Please activate the eSIM plan service after arriving at the destination

2. Change the label name scheme in "Mobile Data"

3. Enable "Data Roaming"

4. If the mobile phone cannot directly connect to the Internet, please follow the above APN settings (Settings - Mobile Services - Mobile Data Network)
