You can install the eSIM before arriving at your destination, activate the package after arriving at your destination, and the usage date will start counting.

An internet connection is required to install the eSIM. We recommend installing it before departure or using the free airport Wi-Fi at your destination.

A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone, and the device cannot be changed after binding.

Days are calculated based on the number of hours after the eSIM is activated. (If a user purchases a 3-day data plan and activates it at 10:00 AM on September 1st, this plan will expire at 9:59 AM on September 4th.)

The eSIM is valid for 90 days, starting from the order date. Please activate it within the validity period.

Please remember to turn off data roaming on the original SIM card to avoid using the original SIM card's mobile network and incurring high roaming charges.

Once installed, an eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled on the same device up to 10 times. An eSIM can be reinstalled within the validity period of the QR code (for an inactive eSIM) or the plan (for an activated eSIM). Once the validity period has expired, it cannot be reinstalled.

If an error message appears after scanning, it doesn't mean the eSIM is invalid. Restart your phone and go to Settings > Mobile Services to check if the eSIM has been added. Alternatively, contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan additional QR codes, as this will cause multiple eSIMs to be installed on one phone.

For iPhones, please delete the description file (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.

Telecom network quality varies from country to country. Each country's geography and telecommunications infrastructure vary. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal issues in certain areas. If you experience poor signal quality, you can manually switch carriers. To switch carriers: Select Network/Carrier > Auto Disable > Search to select a carrier.

To maintain network quality and adhere to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies around the world sometimes impose data limits on customers who use a significant amount of data in a short period of time. This may result in internet access interruptions or slower speeds. To ensure a stable internet connection, please avoid prolonged viewing or downloading of videos, software updates, sharing your internet connection (hotspot) with others, or other activities that consume a large amount of data.

If the eSIM plan is not fully used or is deleted without the approval of customer service, no reissue or refund will be made.

To check your data usage: Visit https://flow-consumer-center.billionconnect.com/usageq/Travelokaota/en to go to the query page. Real-time usage tracking is not available. Roaming providers' usage data is updated with a one-hour delay. (For example, a query at 10 AM will show usage as of 9 AM.)
