・Wat Phra Si Sanphet [World Heritage Site]
Built in 1948, it is like the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the Bangkok dynasty, and its three symbolic stupas lined up on the east and west sides are guardian temples where it is said that three kings and princes of the Ayutthaya dynasty are buried. Due to the Burmese invasion in the 18th century, only the ruins of the collapsed stupas and pillars remain.

・Wat Mahathat
It was built by the third king in 1374, but was abandoned due to the invasion of the Burmese army. Now, it is a temple famous for its wooden Buddha head, and is a representative ruin of the 14th century.

Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon was built to commemorate the victory in the battle against the Burmese army. The striking chedi is a large temple boasting a height of 72m. You can climb the chedi and enjoy the surrounding views. The reclining Buddha statue in the precincts and the Buddha statues in the corridors are also impressive, making this a symbolic temple of Ayutthaya.
