Hôtel très accueillant, personnel très sympathique et patient. Le personnel d’entretien a été plus que gentil avec nous. L’hôtel offre une belle vue, il est propre et très sécurisé, que ce soit le parking où les alentours. Proche du phare du cap de garde et de plusieurs plages, il est parfait !

That was my first enjoyable experience in this hotel. I first booked for night then I extended my stay for one week. The room was clean, quiet and cozy and has a large terrace with a stunning view on the sea. The hotel is located in the Annaba Corniche close to restaurants that serve delicious sea food .It is perfect for those who are seeking for quietness and relaxing place. The hotel staff was very friendly and I will certainly come back in the hot season to enjoy the hotel beach.

"Je suis au regret de dire que mon séjour dans cet établissement n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Les fenêtres de la chambre ne fermaient pas correctement, laissant passer le bruit et les insectes, et la porte était difficile à fermer, nécessitant clairement une maintenance. Par ailleurs, j’ai dîné au restaurant situé près de la piscine, à mes frais, mais j’ai été très déçu par l’attitude du responsable, qui manquait de professionnalisme et de courtoisie. Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel en l’état, à moins que des améliorations sérieuses soient apportées."

Tourism is not well developed in Annaba. The hotel was nice, but isolated and staff had difficulty in arranging transportation. Add that an only occasional acceptance of credit cards and ability to exchange money and you have a tourism problem.

Das Hotel ist schön ausgestattet, die Aussicht herrlich. Das Personal absolut in Ordnung. Leider ist der Strand in der Nähe mit Abfall übersät und alle Restaurants in der Nähe waren geschlossen. Um in die Stadt zu kommen muss man ca.15 Minuten mit dem Taxi rechnen.

kesinlikle şehir merkezinde sheraton da kalın, vahşi bir şehir. otel kahvaltı kruvasandan ibaret gece su bile vermediler cafeleri kapalıymış! temizlik güzel, konfor idare eder. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yok. Recepcionistler ilgili ve biri hariç iyi ingilizce konuşuyorlar fransız aşığı bir memleket için gayet iyi! plajların hepsi vahşi, kesinlikle denize girmek mümkün değil.

A notre arrivée rien n'est prévu de notre réservation, la responsable ne voulant rien savoir car elle n'avait pas reçu de confirmation d'hôtel.com mais après 1h d'attente nous avons vu le directeur qui a su faire preuve de gentillesse et nous à mis à l'aise n'empêche que nous n'avons pas les chambres que nous payons...1 peu la faute à hôtel.com comme ils nous le dise ici en Algérie

Hôtel confortable et propre mais gros problème de communication entre Hôtel.com et votre intermédiaire. En effet, nous avions demandé 3 chambres avec douche dont 2 doubles. Or, contrairement à ce que vous m'aviez confirmé, toutes les chambres ne sont équipées qu'avec des baignoires et, chose moins importante, des lits jumeaux. Je vous ai contacté de là bas pour avoir une explication mais sans résultat. Dans l'attente de votre réponse

We made a resevation with this hotel but there might be some government's event so we got informed we need to change our hotel on that day. Anyway, the agency worked well and there was no other issue with the other hotel so I could not make exact evaluation for this hotel.

L'accueil et le personnel 10/10. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Par contre, ne pas espérer pouvoir trop dormir.. Mariages toutes les nuits, des éclats de rire ou de voix des chambres voisines jusqu'au petit matin, des portes qui claquent et surtout aussi des bruits toute la nuit des pieds de chaises dans les chambres sur le carrelage.

That was my first enjoyable experience in this hotel. I first booked for night then I extended my stay for one week. The room was clean, quiet and cozy and has a large terrace with a stunning view on the sea. The hotel is located in the Annaba Corniche close to restaurants that serve delicious sea food .It is perfect for those who are seeking for quietness and relaxing place. The hotel staff was very friendly and I will certainly come back in the hot season to enjoy the hotel beach.

We made a resevation with this hotel but there might be some government's event so we got informed we need to change our hotel on that day. Anyway, the agency worked well and there was no other issue with the other hotel so I could not make exact evaluation for this hotel.

L'accueil et le personnel 10/10. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Par contre, ne pas espérer pouvoir trop dormir.. Mariages toutes les nuits, des éclats de rire ou de voix des chambres voisines jusqu'au petit matin, des portes qui claquent et surtout aussi des bruits toute la nuit des pieds de chaises dans les chambres sur le carrelage.
