Thankyou, we loved our stay. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. Our room was ready earlier. Beds very comfy. Toaster in the room was a bonus with plates & cutlery & washing up supplies. Restaurant for breakfast & coffees also great & not overpriced.

Receiving warm cookies on arrival was a lovely gesture and fabulous first impression. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Nothing was pleasant at this property. Staff at reception were rude & unfriendly from the start. Our room (No.0228) was very unpleasant - dirty, badly maintained, the side balcony door was unsafe as it locked you out if you didn't wedge it open, it also had no blind to block street night lights so room was always bright & draughty.The bed was ancient & uncomfortable. Bathroom door was 50mm/2" to short, microwave was disgusting, window gullies were caked in grime, partition doors to bedroom were broken & also caked in grime. The hallway to our room burst a pipe which we reported so the carpet was soggy & slippery to walk on while there. We asked to change rooms after the first night & was told there were no other rooms until 2 days time & if we did we would have to pay $70 to have ours cleaned, taking in mind we had done a lot of the cleaning. Some areas are under construction & some under demolition. The hotel is used for these workers - dirty boots & clothing. The restaurant staff were continuously understaffed & run off their feet having to stand in for reception staff as well during evening hours, rushing back & forth to check people in & serve meals & run the bar. Those staff were gems. The regular reception staff were lazy & uninterested. Photos & review already posted on hotel site. Avoid this place!

Very boring accommodation

What an amazing package for flights and stay at such a beautiful resort. So very very happy. We had a wonderful visit and we would definitely do it again.

Room 510. Freezing room. no heating. had to get 2 heaters from staff on 2nd night. They have sign asking to open sliding doors when cooking in the middle of winter, so you dont set off smoke alarm. they brought blankets as the rooms only had 2 blankets in 2 bed apartment.TV remote for foxtell only worked if you sat close to TV and pointed it at little box on the side, we did not know this and there was no info about this. staff told us. WI-FI did not work at all & the repair guy said he would come back and fix it next day when we were out, he did not fix it no one at reception after 4 and after hours number says for emergency only, which is why we didnt call on the first night. The booking did not say no heaters and did not say you need to open sliding doors in middle of winter to cook. if we had known this we never would have booked. ....no power point in one of the bathrooms at all. single bedroom had 2 lamps but only one plugged in and no whereto go within reach of the bed. ........... hole in the laundry ceiling............ manhole/ vent cover falling down into kitchen about 2 cm down from ceiling..... tape on the wall next to fridge on plaster peeling off. looks gross. dishwasher leaked onto kitchen floor und under carpet in living area. curtain missing in main deb sm window. gave this full list to staff on leaving.

Incredible! so clean, quiet, friendly staff, restaurant has amazing food and it’s close to amazing beaches for all sorts of fun activities. Such a good price for 3 nights we will definitely be back.

Our stay was comfortable. Amenities and utensils were adequate. I enjoyed the gym, thank you but I did not enjoy the women using the gym who spoke on her phone loudly for over an hour about her relationship break down and included swearwords. Not nice, not appreciated. I love that the gym is clean and cleaning materials are maintained regularly during the day. Lastly: We brought coffee making ingredients but somehow when mixed with hot water from your kettle it didn't taste the same. Just a little thing. We enjoyed the loose parking arrangements, nice. In summary, we enjoyed our stay at your place. Thank you kindly for having us.

Not at all as advertised. Very disappointed. Average.

The staff were clearly disinterested in their jobs, we experienced plumbing issues that we had to deal with ourselves before being moved to another room. At least when I requested the cancellation of the remainder of our stay with a refund, this was granted. Still waiting for the refund though.

Our overall opinion is that it was Okay, but the resort is beginning to show its age and some areas are showing signs of neglect . We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and had quite a few pleasant experiences there. My one comment regarding the Restaurant is the appearance of the wait staff. Why do they wear such tight, short skirts? It does not look professional! We were extremely disappointed that we were given a room on the second floor with no view- in fact we were located over a large "roof" with the sounds of machinery going most of the day. We found the front of house staff very unfriendly and at times not willing to follow through with our requests. We were in the unit for almost 2 weeks and in that time we did not have a full clean nor did we have a change of bed linen even though we made several requests. The floor in the unit was vacuumed only once and only done when we were in the unit and requested it from the maid. Because we didn't have regular service we ran out of toilet paper, tissues and clean towels and had to find a maid to supply them. I personally have owned time shares in the past and have never experienced such a lack of diligence before, so I obviously have something to refer to.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Would stay there again.

My stay was lovely, the property is clean and well presented. My room was very comfortable, welcoming and a lovely room to stay in. I would definitely stay again.

Terrible bathrooms that have no doors and flood. Room looked nothing like the pictures and no towels available
