Great waterfront location. Bike hire right next door. Street parking is available at 5.60 per hour up to 2 hours during the day, free between 6pm and 9am.

Staff and room both excellent and exactly what we needed for our family stay. Cannot be underestimated how inconvenient the parking lot is. Unless you are riding a motorbike.

This property is ideally located for tourism, especially if your don't have a car, being near Brooke Pier, the starting point of most excursions and the stop of the airport SkyBus. From there, you can walk easily to everywhere around the Waterfront and Salamanca place, with its many pubs, restaurants and eateries, and its weekend market. The Taste festival was also on the Harbour front. The Museum and Mawsons'huts are also very near. The apartment itself was OK. The kitchenette made it easy to eat a snack or have a cup of tea or coffee. There was a large TV screen and all main channels available. The internet connection was very good. The bathroom was clean and everything in working condition. There were two arm chairs and the room was spacious. The bed however was not comfortable and the view from our room was on an office building, but we could pull a blind. There was no way to open the window but the air-conditioning was fine.
