We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, the room condition was only fair— the blanket had an unpleasant smell, likely from not being properly dried, and there weren't enough utensils for the three of us. Additionally, the washer/dryer didn’t function as expected, and at times, there was an odor in the outside hallway. While our stay was overall enjoyable, a few improvements in room amenities would have made it perfect.

Nice and tidy apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very close to everything, yet in a quiet and very safe area. The Errol St shops are one block away, the hospitals on Flemington road are about 5-10mins walk away, queen vic market is 5mins walk away. Several tram lines are also very near, so you can easily get around to many other parts of melbourne.

I was very pleased with the apartment. It was quite clean, exactly as the pictures, and well-secured. The staff were nice, though you should ask for clean-up beforehands.
Location wise, it is not bad. Only a few blocks from the free tram zone, which is right in front of Queen Victoria Market. However, those few blocks may seem like a long road ahead of you when you have heavy bags especially on a hot sunny day.

The property was quite poorly maintained with basic amenities broken (the kitchen down light and the main kitchen bin) and the flat was dirty in places.
The building is shared with longer term residents who were noisy into the small hours each of the three nights I stayed disturbing my sleep.
After hours key collection worked ok but a letter warned me the key would only work that night and I would have to go to the office the following day to update it. When I did there was no need as the key was coded the whole stay.
It was well priced for the area and convenient.
There is onsite parking but beware as the garage door is extremely narrow and it is hard to manoeuvre your car in and out.

Dirty and worn out. Blood stained mattress protector. Filthy kitchen and bathroom. Very irritated reception staff member who simply couldn’t be bothered assisting. My superior 2 bedroom apartment did not match the photos on Hotels.com.
This was very expensive and the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in.
Positives: secure basement parking, good location in North Melbourne.

Property is well appointed and comfortable.
Only issue is the reception opening hours on weekend. I didnt recieve email about this until late in the day and was unaware of check-in times. Really lucky receptionists was working late and was able to check me in.

Friendly and efficient check in. The fellow could not have been nicer. The unit needs refreshing. Looked very tired and worn but everything else about the stay was pleasant and faultless.

The property was located clos e to public transport with easy access to the city and inan attractive street. The receptionist was helpful and the apartment spacious and ideal for a week's stay.
The apartment would have benefitted from a good clean and the stand alone fan was broken. Although the apartment was light, there was no view from either room on account of the opaque glass. Prior to our arrival I had rung and confirmed that we would be checking in after office hours and was advised that would not be a problem - on arrival it was !
