Front desk staff very courteous, kind and considerate.

Was an amazing place to stay and relax both of us and our kids loved the beach and the food!! Would recommend this property to anyone that wanted the best experience and views you could ask for.

Katie at reception was very pleasant upon our check-in. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were easy walking distance to the beach and to the Cape to Cape Trail. The staff at Lamont‘s restaurant were also very pleasant and friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty with wonderful flavor. The other lady at reception was also very pleasant, but I cannot remember her name. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which is convenient for washing beach clothing.

Everything about this accommodation was a WOW for us!! The location, the staff, the food, the accommodation - all exceeded expectations and we would love to come back one day!! We talk about Smiths with such fond memories.

Great Location. Friendly staff. Great food.

While the resort facilities (pool) are great, the beach shacks are dated, old, not maintained and are full of spiders. Customer Service also lacks as our concern about the spider webs and spiders all over then bathroom and room was’t really listened to and someone was just sent to wipe the spiderwebs. I even requested to pay for an upgrade but this was just dismissed. We also weren’t allowed to check-in 1 hour early on a Monday while the resort was fairly quiet/empty but then were sent multiple texts on check out day as a reminder of 10am sharp check out. Also be mindful of expensive prices at the Lamont restaurant.

Fabulous clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. Friendly staff who are happy to help.

Beach Shack was well equipped with all kitchen utensils you need. Great location!

Great place to stay, clean, nice amenities, walking distance to smiths beach

Smiths Beach Resort is in an amazing location right in the middle of two awesome fairly short cliff walks on the cape to cape track with a fantastic beach! The 1BR beach shack was spacious and nicely appointed and had everything you needed. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Smith's beach as a family of 4 (with 2x 7 year olds). We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded from our 2 bedroom Garden View Villa to a beachfront property. The rooms were large, each with own ensuite. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we arrived slightly before check in and they let us use the pool area. We were lucky enough to spot whales from our balcony and enjoyed using the pool despite the weather being on the cool side (pool was a lovely 28 degrees)

Beautiful , very clean , friendly , comfortable.

Staff was amazing and extremely kind. Katie was very welcoming and immediately offered an apartment change including a bottle of wine for the Internet issue. I will recommend this place to all my colleagues heading down south. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the bedroom, so it can be used to watch some movies like the one upstairs. Thank you for the amazing experience, I hope to be back one day!
