Very clean property & spacious rooms with comphy beds & pillows,close walking distance to shops, cafe’s, restaurants & a late night Maccas icecream run is a 2 min walk 😂 staff are very friendly & helpful, definitely recommend staying here & I know I’ll be back if ever in the area:) 10/10 👍

This is a great Motel, central to most activities we were attending. Staff were pleasant & helpful, our room was neat & very clean, the gardens were well maintained & it was reasonably priced. We stayed for 2 nights & had great nights sleep, we couldn’t hear the traffic in our room & my 2 grand daughters slept really well.

Facility is nice and clean, excellent service by staff at front desk, very friendly staff, especially the Asian girl at the desk is really nice.

My partner and I have stayed here quite a number of times in the last 6 months. We find the rooms reasonably neat and tidy and roomy, especially if we are lucky to get the deluxe queen with spa room for the same or a discounted price as a queen room, regardless if we use the spa or not.
Never had a problem with the staff...always friendly and polite.
This long Australia day weekend, was the first time I have heard anyone having an argument outside with yelling...or hearing blaring Indian or similar music, coming through the walls from the room next door...no point banging on the wall asking them to keep it down, after an hr. or so, it finally softened and we kept our tv high enough so we didn't hear anything else...

My partner and I have stayed here a number of times now. We find it an easy base for our travels every few weeks if there is availability. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff has been great so far.

We have stayed at this accommodation numerous times now as its convenient for us with our travels every few weeks. The accommodation is clean and has all that we need for our stay. The staff have been great...hence why we continue to return when we can.

I would not stay here again! I had no hot water and by the time I realised I was in a hurry for a family emergency. I had no intention of running down to reception at all hours of the morning in my pajamas and waiting for it to be fixed. So, I ended up having a cold shower on a cold and rainy morning. The motel is on a busy road and very hard to find the entrance. It was quite expensive and not worth the money. I do have to admit the room was clean & spacious, but most travelers look forward to a nice hot shower. They would have to lower their prices for me to ever stay here again and I have been taught a lesson, every motel I stayed in after this I tried the shower for hot water. There are better options in this area of Melbourne.

I thought it wasn't well equipped with some minor items:
- Ample cupboard space but no coat hangers.
- There were two cups and saucers and two drinking glasses, but they were extremely small.
- No metal cutlery provided, i.e. teaspoons, knifes, dessert spoons, etc. Why provide a toaster and plates, but no knives to put a spread on your toast?
