The hotel is in a very central area of Vienna, opposite road there is underground station and 25mins walk away from main attractions. Breakfast was good and it is a good 3 star hotel, it has all the basics and clean.

Hotel was great. But the breakfast room wasn’t air conditioned and the entry way to the (shared) building was under construction which made it smell bad and took up half the elevators.

Location was good, but the hotel was quite average. Lift was very small and looked old. There was a strange smell in the lobby on top floor, before accessing the room. Room was ok, but the bed not very comfortable.

Good location, clean, good size room. Helpful and nice staff. Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ziemlich alt, die Sauberkeit war bis auf einen großen Büschel Haare gut, die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren gut, aber die Vorhänge lassen Licht durch. Die Klimaanlage ist okay. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut.

You get everything needed at Hotel Haydn for a family stay. The hotel is at an excellent location, walking distance to a lot ot places to visit. The staff at the hotel are great. We loved the breakfast 🙂. We'll definetly consider Hotel Haydn again when visiting Vienna.

Etwas enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Im Zimmer gab es Ameisen, schon beim betreten des Zimmers sind die Ameisenköderdosen aufgefallen. Badezimmer schön groß, Mischhebel von der Dusche abgebrochen und sehr scharfkantig, könnte mal ersetzt werden. Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf eine unschöne Terrasse und "Hinterhof", im 2. Schlafzimmer nur 1 Steckdose. Im Flur des Hotels zu den Zimmers war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Rezeption veraltet und dunkel. Frühstücksraum zu klein, Tische für 4 Personen zu eng. Kaffee schmeckt nicht. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut, jeden Tag Tomaten, Gurken, Rührei... war ausreichend. Umgebung gut, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. U-Bahn nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Unterkunft würde ich so nicht mehr buchen, habe schon in bessere Hotels in Wien übernachtet.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially appreciated the availability of an early check in. We really liked the proximity to places to eat and the short walk to the museum district, which is why you pay more for an older room like this. That being said, the family suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable! The only downsides were that the floors were dirty/dusty and the woman at the check in desk was very unfriendly, but this didn't deter us.

Wir haben aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen gebucht, hatten aber nichts Exklusives erwartet. Am positivsten kann man das Hotel als OK bewerten. Der Empfang war kühl, die Dame musste ihr Telefonat wegen uns beenden. Der Flur zu den Zimmern roch extrem unangenehm, modrig mit einer Prise schmutziger Gasse?! Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir noch eine riesige Ameisenkolonie als Mitbewohner!! Der Frühstücksraum hat viel zu wenig Platz, Gäste mussten fürs Frühstück warten. Das Buffet ist einfachst gehalten. Weizensemmeln und ganz viel abgepacktes Essen. Die Lage ist allerdings top! Ich würde von einer Buchung unbedingt abraten.
