Star personeel

J’ai réserver pour une semaine afin de fêter les fêtes de fin d’année en famille en Belgique. Bon hôtel pour une semaine ou un week-end de passage sur Bruxelles et ses environs, je n’hésiterais pas à revenir. Chambre et sanitaires correct. Mention spécial aux dames à l’accueil et particulièrement les dames de ménage !

Hôtel idéalement situé pour passer 1 nuit avant un voyage. Proche de l'autoroute, petit déjeuner possible à partir de 6h15, Wi-Fi...

If there is 0 star, I will give it a 0! We had a terrible stay at this hotel! Both rooms we booked were so smelly and noisy that it was almost impossible to breathe or sleep. We requested to change rooms, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. However, the next morning when we decided to check out early (as we had booked two nights), the staff suddenly told us, “Why didn't you change rooms for the second night?” Obviously, they lied to us from the beginning. We then requested a refund for the 2nd night only which we would not be able to stay for another torture, but they refused, saying it was a non-refundable booking. However, this clause only applies when guests cancel for personal reasons, not when the room conditions are so terrible that it’s simply unfit for anyone to stay. We are extremely angry and disappointed by this experience. The way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable, and I hope this feedback warns other travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. Personally, I will never stay at this property—or any hotel from this chain—again！！！Never!!!

My bed was clean however the bathroom could do with a thorough clean. The shower tray wasn’t clean, the toilet, bathroom floor and walls all showed lack of proper cleaning attention. The lifts were dirty. The carpets in the corridors from the lift all the way to my room looked like they had not been vacuumed cleaned in a while. There was crumbs and stains in several places.

Gute parkmöglichkeiten und freundliches zuvorkommende Personal

Nice hotel, lovely staff. I was charged again on arrival but it was quickly amended and reimbursed once I realised I had paid through Hotel.com. Room was spacious and clean, shower was great. Downside was that the aircon was not working and the room was too hot, being over the garage downstairs it was too noisy with the window open, so baked in the room all night. No drink making facilities in the rooms but there is a very pleasant bar and restaurant downstairs.

Hôtel vieillot, malgré des efforts de rénovation (lit correct, salle de bains en bon état) La clim ne fonctionne pas ou très mal, elle est très bruyante, j'y ai très mal dormi et ne conseille pas cet hôtel par forte chaleur, malgré le ventilateur qui m'a été proposé. Le personnel est aimable mais ne peut pas faire grand chose face à l'état de l'hôtel.
