Location parfaite, on peut facilement marcher pour aller sur le quai , resto café!! Superbe vue mais il faudrait couper les arbres un peu près des chalets. Manque de climatisation

Très belle vue sur le Saguenay, lieux paisibles. Bien adapté pour une famille de cinq. A quelques pas de petits cafés et du quai où des activités nautiques sont offertes.

There was no view to the fjord since it was hidden by bushes. When booking it we didn't really have an idea of the place, and we ended up being under a family. If I knew that we would've gotten the basement I wouldn't have booked it to be honest. They should be more tramsparent about the room before booking since they only show pictures of their best places. People were very nice though and we had no problems checking in and checking out. Just the location of our place wasn't the best, we could hear the family above us when they used water, if they were walking around. At least we couldn't hear them talking but it definitely woke us up earlier than we wanted to.

Rien à redire, c’est vieillot comme prévu. Nous avions un petit studio très fonctionnel avec vue obstruée sur le fjord. Mais très confortable, bien situé, super propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Belle piscine avec vue.

In general, this property is great: beautiful view, clean and convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets and a Marina in walking distance.
Biggest issue is communication. The staff on site only speaks French that makes it difficult for people who only speaks English to communicate with them. Besides, there is lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia as well. We booked a 3-bedroom chalet through Expedia, but found out upon arrival there is no 3-bedroom unit existing anymore because of the change of ownership. We got a 2 bedroom unit instead. We also booked 2 more nights through the hotel's own website, but we were told our names are not in their system for those dates. Although the staff finally managed to make us stay, they need to do something to improve their booking system.
Other than that, everything else is good, nice stay!

J’ai aimé que la cuisinette était complète avec tous les accessoires et que l’hôtel était situé au cœur du beau village de l’Anse St-Jean. La piscine chauffée à été fort appréciée. Par contre c’était très humide dans le studio, aucune ventilation présente. Comme il n’y avait qu’une porte patio comme ouverture, impossible de laisser ventiler la pièce naturellement lorsque nous étions parti faire une activité dans la journée. La réception était rarement ouverte en cas de problèmes et nous avons reçu qu’une seule clef pour le séjour. Parfois moi et ma sœur avons fait des activités différentes et lors de mon retour, je ne pouvais pas entrer ds le studio, car c’est ma sœur qui avait la seule clef et la réception était fermée. J’ai dû attendre le retour de ma sœur pour y accéder. Pour le reste tout était très bien.

C’est vraiment un beau endroit, tranquille et magnifique, j’ai adoré. Le seul point négatif sont les indications à l’arrivée. Il n’est pas évident car l’adresse est bonne mais le nom de l’établissement est différente. J’étais pas certaine d’être au bon endroit. Il n’y avait personne à la réception à mon arrivée et de trouver l’endroit où récupérer la clé n’était pas évidente. Mais tout le reste était parfait, beau, propre et confortable, j’aurais bien rester quelques jours de plus.
