Great stay! Front desk very helpful! Advised us best way and metro to take to get around. Location is awsome! Close to shops, St Catherine.

The hotel is luxurious, with a big bath and a shower two tv, its very pretty and cozy, the lighting is perfect ( i dont like the white lights that make you feel like you’re in an exposition) it felt like home. The staff is very professional and helped us countless times during our stay. There is a metro station (Peel) just in diagonal to the hotel which makes it easy to move around montreal. Right next to it there is the “Cours Mont-Royal) which gives you direct access to montreal underground city with countless of shopping malls and around 30 km of underground tunnels if im not mistaken. The stay was impeccable I couldve never found better. Thank you for this unforgettable weekend.

We loved our room with the Parisian flare. It was quiet. Beds were comfy. Loved our bath. The jacuzzi/ hot pool was very relaxing. The nespresso machine is a great bonus.

I enjoyed the location. It was clean. The sheets did smell of bleach, but that didn't bother me. The pool is small—not for doing laps, but more for relaxing—very small. I had a soaking tub, and I loved it. The fireplace is just a fancy light bulb on a mantle. I didn't love that it had a folding slatted door by the soak tub leading to the bathroom. I don't like to hear or smell my partner using the bathroom, and there is no vent in the bathroom, either.

Service at check out was rude and not professional Had stayed there in January and was good with no problems. I was able to pay for my stay when I checked out. This time the front desk person made it difficult to pay via debit because they were not processing the sale properly which was frustrating and annoying They said it’s a problem with your card and not with us. I explained why are you taking a pre authorization when I’m making a payment and she said well you need to figure it out and was not helpful at all. Card was fine went to the back across the street and they confirmed there was no issue with the card but with the establishment not processing the sale properly. Terrible experience and I travel monthly to this area for work and contemplating on staying here in the future due to this experience.
