Lincoln Inn Fredericton

The room was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated being able to look at the National Geographic photograph book in the room that I borrowed from the lobby. Will stay again when we need to leave early for the airport.

The staff was so friendly! Our room was clean and cozy and quiet. It reminded us of the Mom and Pop places we used to find along the highway on our '90's road trips--unpretentious, inexpensive, friendly and comfortable. Hot water was great, good wifi and tv reception. Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Imagine staying

Floors were dirty, it needed to be swept. When using the faucet for the sink and shower you have to let the hot water run for 5-10 minutes. I had a shower and didn't have to use the cold water at all. Bed wasn't comfortable, but you get What you paid for. For that price you can't beat it. Staff was friendly I will say that. Also WiFi at the room I was staying wasn't really accessable. It was free but the signal was horrible. But like I said it was cheap.. if your looking just for a place just to sleep and don't care about anything this is the place to go. .

Staff very friendly but unfortunately do not speak English well enough to understand. The first page advertising the motel says "Dogs & cats allowed." with no mention of a fee. I was surprised to arrive and be charged $20/night for my dog. Now that I look at more details on Expedia, I see that they charge $15/night. This should be clear on first page. Dogs & cats allowed for a fee. The property is old but the units have been renovated to be decent. However, there is lots of room for aesthetic improvements of the property and to clean up garbage and cigarette butts from the weird long term residents. Breakfast is only served until 9:30 and should be available until at least 10am on weekends. We did not eat breakfast at all there because we were ready at 9:30. THERE IS NO INTERNET. They seem to have many different internet accounts to use. We called and texted a total of 6 times Saturday night. However, in the end, I gave up and we had to watch a movie from our smartphone. I asked for my pet deposit back to pay for the inconvenience and the manager smiled with no answer.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfottable bed. Good stay, good value!

This motel was horrible the rooms smelled like smoke I couldn't stand it,q and the floors were literally shaking cause of drunk people next door. Also the tissues and towels were so dirty, And they expect us to drink from the tap water?? No it was dirty so great no water for me I guess. Also please change the smell my mom is alrigic to smoke and the room was filled with smoke I sprayed the whole room with perfume and still could smell it it was a disgusting smell.

Staff were lovely. The room itself was stinky with stained linens. Paper thin walls , parking spot infront of our room was taken by other guests that partied til 4:20am.Bathroom fan was hilarious sounded like a basement monster then the motor just moans probably a fire waiting to happen.But I guess for $113.00 that's what you get.

I didnt use the breakfast cause we just arrive but the staff at the front desk was very nice, room is clean and the area around is quiet, will definitely come back for sure on my next trip

Needs to be upgraded. The beds are hard the pillows are flat and you can hear everybody flush the flush in all the other rooms as it affects the plumbing in the wall.

The room and the bed were perfect. We always love the friendly and professional reception we get.

The Inn is very close to airport and UNB. Not far from shopping centres and downtown. We enjoyed our stay. We were given an upgrade from standard room to a suite which was nice to have a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, keurig, and sofa for the 5 days we were there. The rooms are very clean. They are working on renovating all the rooms. The breakfast had enough choices, too. Oh! and it had coin-operated laundry. Owners and staff very accommodating. We even gave them our milk, cream, water and drinks that we didn't open and couldn't take with us because we were flying back to Winnipeg. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

The bed was dirty, it looked Like bed bugs, they said it was food but either way it obv isn’t being cleaned properly . She’s also had a bug of stains what looked like smeared blood
