We liked the room nice & clean. Bed sleeps very well. The only one thing missing is tiny side table for the left side of bed.. also the floor needs to be fixed. Caught my foot on a lifted piece of flooring. The breakfast station is fine also & clean. cereal & bagel & jam ,peanut butter, even cream cheese, yogourt, apple juice & very good coffee. Does not have lactose free milk like almond milk or oats milk. Very good stay at a very good price. Appreciate it. Thank you

Check-in was easy and pleasant at the main office, though I wish they would hand my credit card back with the number face down under the camera. The room was basic and overall clean, but was showing its age in the walls and fixtures. Bed was clean and comfortable. I have fairly sensitive sense of smell, so it seemed like it had been smoked in at one point, but it wasn't strong. The remote backing cover wouldn't stay on, and it took a few minutes to figure out which remote to use for what. The room included a clean microwave and mini fridge. There were a few small specks of what appeared like blood on the wall. The shower drain plug was on the floor so drains were just open holes. The shower water pressure was usable but fairly low and the tap was labelled backwards, showing cold as warm and vice versa. It was hard to get it to a sweet spot as small adjustments lead to big changes. Breakfast was fine but very basic and sparse. There was a limited amount of yogurt, toast, and bagels, as well as a few cereals and coffee and tea. I liked the inclusion of two-bite brownies. It is a little sad to have pictures of waffles and to actually have pancake syrup but no waffles or pancakes. There was a fair amount of noise, maybe from the door to the room behind closing, but it shook the walls a few times and startled me. It is along a main road with some traffic. Overall, it was a fine stay for one night and was a good price, nothing fancy.

Very clean room but it was mark breakfast included but never found it

I'm so disappointed that I'm two for two in selecting really poor hotels for the start of our vacation. This motel room felt dirty from the start. They had the worst internet connection (and that is a HUGE mess when watching hockey playoffs!), and it did not have a microwave or a coffee maker. The water pressure was horrible in the shower. Like seriously... Their free breakfast wasn't going to start until 8 am, and anyone who travels long distances in a day to get to their destination, knows that one likes to leave early. So I can't comment on their breakfast. I hope Hotels.com starts getting more hotels/motels to choose from or my husband will lose all faith in me booking reliable and cost-friendly places to stay.

Sorry to say, had a room infested with mosquitoes, I fought with them part the night, or they would buzz in your ear

The locks of room were not working, had to push very hard. The room were smelly also.

It was an ok stay but the area was the best quite and clean place.

The room was dark and dismal. The small window faced a junky back alley. The light switches and areas around the door knobs were filthy. The towels were stained. The toilet, sink and bed seemed relatively clean. After I scrubbed the light switches and door knobs with my own sanitizing wipes it felt a little better, but we just slept and got out of there. We did not use the shower nor did we check out the free breakfast.

J’ai booké pour une chambre avec cuisinière et celle-ci était non fonctionnel. D’ailleurs, à mon arrivée le 1 mai, j’ai voulu annuler la 2e nuit et le personnel m’a mentionné pas de problème et que je pourrais effectuer l’annulation le lendemain matin, toutefois le lendemain c’était une autre histoire. Le personnel ne voulait plus me rembourser à 100% pour la 2e nuit que je voulais annuler en disant que c’est expédia qui prends 50% des frais. Je voulais annuler la veille mais il m’a dit pas de problème, on va faire cela demain matin. Veuillez noter que c’est complètement faux suite à ma validation avec expédia, expédia ne prend pas de frais de 50%. Vraiment déçu du service à la clientèle.

We did not, stay, we asked for a refund because the place was not cleaned at all. The front desk guy offered us a better room, but we were already disgusted.

Check in was perfect and very quick, the room was beautiful and spacious with a kitchenette. The property grounds could use some TLC, AC worked, fireplace, large tv an cupboards had dishes and cookware included, along with a full sized fridge!

Didn’t eat breakfast. AC wasn’t used by me

The room was clean, the area around the outside was not. Lots of garbage on the grass areas. Our dog we were traveling with got I'll from the trash. Also they charged us for our service dog, my husband is a disabled veteran and the dog is required for his everyday life.

Nice clean basic room for a night stay and budget friendly. Quiet area and easy access to airport

Bathroom was dirty, room was cramped and not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke. Area didn't feel safe. We checked out within 20mins of checking in. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Staff refused any type of refund or help what so ever.

Everything was great except they have some tenants who live on-site that had very little respect for guests. This is quite common in these older Motels. They act like they own the place and have 0 regard for anyone else. Long term tennents are bad for business. Two units in paticular were conversing across the parking lot (yelling) with eachother when they could have easily just sat down together to hang out. Common courtesy and sense but I suppose some people living in motels wouldn't have that . Dogs barking and getting excited was a result of humans being loud. Honestly I did not sleep very well at all and suggest any guests request to be on the front side of the building. The staff are amazing.. they actually moved me to that room upon my request because my first one/headboard was against the laundry room and I had to go to bed early. Both staff I've encountered were the nicest people, very apologetic, very accommodating. But they need to get those tenants in-check or evict them.
