Hotel Sobrado

Foi somente para dormir, mas é um hotel muito bom e gostei do café da manhã.

Wir waren 12 Tage im Hotel Sobrado. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und Größe der Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert und auch der Denkenventilator war angenehm bei den hohen Temperaturen. Die Zimmer sind gut gedämmt. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist eigentlich auch ausreichend, jedoch lässt die Motivation der Dame am Herd sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Eier und pancakes waren leider tot gebraten. Als an 2 Tagen ein jüngerer Herr am Herd stand war das Frühstück und die Stimmung um Welten besser. Was Freundlichkeit und Spaß am kochen ausmacht, hat sich hier wieder gezeigt. Es gab jeden Tag super frisches Obst. Ein Riesen Lob an die Putzfrauen die ein super Job gemacht haben und zu jeder Zeit das Zimmer sauber machten, sobald wir zum Strand los sind. Egal ob 9 Uhr morgens oder 14 Uhr mittags. Der Pool war relativ klein aber das ist auch egal bei solch einem Strand vor Ort. Zum Strandabschnit mit Liegen des Hotels läuft man 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es verbaute Schirme und liegen welche man sich mit einem Partner Hotel teilt. Die Gäste des partnerhotels kommen allerdings gefühlt um 6 Uhr morgens und blockieren die liegen mit ihren Handtüchern. Viele sind in der Mittagszeit im Hotel zum Essen und lassen in dieser Zeit für 3-5 Stunden gerne mal das Handtuch auf der liege um sie zu blockieren damit sie um 16-17 Uhr immernoch ihre liege besitzen. Das sollte man sofort verbieten!!! Aber ggf ist das so ein Ding der italienischen Urlauber…

Very comfortable and breakfasts great

I arrived late at night and the receptionist Lou was friendly. I asked the hotel for the shuttle and there was lack of communication their side. They hadn't confirmed and i booked via a different site and they sent a taxi anyway! Luckily my private taxi agreed to take me on the return airport run. The room was lovely and spacious. Nice bathroom and balcony too. Aircon and a fan. All staff were nice and happy to help. 5 minutes from the pier and beach. Great location.

Wir waren vom 23.5. bis am 6.6. das 2.mal in diesem Hotel. Das 1.mal hatten wir auch Kritik, wollten dem jedoch nochmals eine Chance geben.Dieses Mal war es zum Teil eine Katastrophe, was nur das Frühstück betrifft, das Zimmer war gut.Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal im Frühstücksraum an, diese ist gleich null. Wir wollen draussen Frühstücken, gedeckt wird immer nur drinnen und man muss das Besteck und alles von drinnen selber raus nehmen. (Am Abend ist draussen immer gedeckt) warum kann man das beim Fruchtstück nicht? Wir mussten etwa drei mal Fragen ob wir noch Käse haben können, erst dann wurde aufgefüllt und das obwohl man noch eine Stunde Frühstücken konnte. Die Kaffeemaschine ist von den 13mal wo wir gefrühstückt haben 4.mal nicht gegangen und es gab eine Brühe die nicht trinkbar war. Einen Kaffee von der Bar hiess es, muss man bezahlen. Erst nach dem 3.mal nach reklamieren, auch von anderen Gästen gab es dann einen Kaffee. Zum Schluss kommt noch das aller schlimmste; wir haben am ersten Morgen Brot gegessen, danach nie wieder. Im Frühstücksraum hat es Vögel die sitzen auf dem Brot und knabbern daran rum und trotzdem bleibt das Brot offen liegen. Das geht gar nicht und man kann davon Krank werden. Die Angestellten haben das gesehen, aber es ist wohl egal, sie müssen das Brot ja nicht essen. Für ein 4 Sterne Boutique Hotel, ist das ein NO GO!! Für uns hat das Hotel niemals 4 Sterne verdient und es sollte auch nicht so angeboten werden, da auch der winzige Pool dreckig war

Wonderful comfy beds . Nice breakfasts. Helpful staff. Clean. Piri piri restaurant on site was a disaster. Husband ordered a pizza finally got it .mine didnt turn up. Waiter said sorry coming in few minutes , half an hour later turned up with a plate of seafood rice. We were only one of 4 people. Just a bad night , he said he was sorry and no charge. Think someone was spaced out!

Normaali hotelli, hieman kulunut, roskakoreja erittäin vähän.

Spent a week at Sobrado Hotel. The good points: The staff are reasonably friendly and accommodating. The hotel is 5-7 minutes walk to Santa Maria, with bars, restaurants and several golden miles of beautiful beaches. Our room was superb, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good at the hotel with a good selection of cooked items, cold hams and salamis, fresh fruits, yoghurt and pastries. The poor points that hotel needs to improve: I had health and safety concerns with all the gym equipments which need replacement. We couldn't use the gym facilities. There was no spa services available, so went to another establishment. The hotel location, while entirely safe and accessible to beach and social life in Santa Maria, was on the edge of a desolate area. Sal is incredibly dry and desert-like, similar to Morocco or elsewhere in North Africa.

Amazing location, fast to get to the beach and restaurants. Kind people who work there! Extraordinary from the young guy with earrings, can't remember his name but he was very kind! Comfy bed and tv with loads of Channels. Only neg thing is the black out curtains doesnt really darken the room. Clean and tidy room, decent size on the mini fridge (which actually gets really cold)

Personal, Service, Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Lage am Rande von Santa Maria gegenüber Brachfläche und Tankstelle optisch kein Highlight. Toiletteabdeckung samt Bürste optisch und hygienisch dringend tauschbedürftig bei ansonsten sauberen Einrichtungen.

Perushotelli, ei roskiksia. Ravintolan ruoka oli erittäin kehuttavaa, paitsi a la carte todella hidas. Ei tuhkakuppeja. Hieman vanha hotelli ja kaipaa uudistamista, mutta sopii lyhyeen yöpymiseen.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé par rapport au centre ville ou l’on peut aller à pied sans problème

Rent og fint hotell. Noe innpåslitne folk som jobber der og «forfølger» deg. Lys på balkongen som lyser store deler av natten og ikke kan slås av.

Pessima esperienza: arriviamo la notte di capodanno e scopriamo che la camera non era stata preparata. Inizia un film di telefonate ad altro loro hotel ma invano e senza dilungarmi ci allestiscono approssimativamente la stanza e riusciamo finalmente a entrare verso le 3 dopo averci rovinato ovviamente i festeggiamenti di capodanno. La manager mortificata per l’accaduto ci assicura che ci sarà rimborsata la notte. I problemi possono succedere è comprensibile e l’importante è la gestione: mi hanno dato la parola che saremmo stati rimborsati e va bene cosi. Invece per 2 giorni la manager si è negata e c’è poi stato un rimbalzo di personale che con le scuse piu strane mi hanno detto che la manager non poteva essere presente. Morale della favola son riuscito a parlarle per telefono e la stessa manager si è rimangiata la parola del rimborso dicendo che quello che poteva fare era offrire un pranzo.. quando tra l’altro avevamo appena prenotato un tour per la giornata, quindi inutile. Sono stati disonesti e soprattutto bugiardi, cosa che mi ha dato particolarmente fastidio. Passando a descrivere l’hotel e cercando di essere imparziali è un hotel abbastanza nuovo ma gia con evidenti problemi come la caldaia che fischia, fastidiosissima di notte e la location fuori dal centro in zona non piacevole soprattutto quando si torna di sera. Essere bugiardi e prendere in giro negandosi per 2 giorni lo trovo insopportabile. Ogni replica a cui non potrò piu rispondere sarà solo pretestuosa

Ruído do exterior, muito incomodativo. Não faz sentido por ser um hotel recente, janelas têm frinchas na parte inferior enormes! Para o preço é pura especulação.

Love this hotel. Second year staying here. Clean room, very comfortable beds. Bonus of having sunloungers at the beach. Would highly recommend

Lovely small friendly hotel . Perfect fit a short stay . Can’t fault anything.

This hotel has everything you need including ceiling fans which are better than air con. Fantastic breakfasts and a short walk to the best beach where you can use the cabanas from the Halos hotel. Its the best value hotel on the island too!
