Spitalfields district is amazing, the hotel was good and calm. Everything was perfect.

This was a great property for our 2 week stay. It’s very close to Liverpool St Station and bus stops. There are several food options near by. If you like pub food at a reasonable price Hamilton Hall (Weatherspoons) is real close too. Staff were very helpful, laundry was easy to use, everything is available by request for the apartment so don’t be afraid to ask. Great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Helt grei hotell, kunne fått flere rene håndklær siden vi var 4 dager, på de dagene var ikke renholdere inne i det hele tatt. Savnet også safe.

Insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt fürs Sightseeing ist super und auch Supermärkte sind im die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption machte einen eher genervten Eindruck, eine Mitarbeiterin war sogar sehr unfreundlich. Die Schlüsselkarte war anfangs auf ein falsches Zimmer freigeschaltet, das kann grundsätzlich passieren, dann kann man sich aber dafür entschuldigen. Das Bett war viel zu klein für 2 Personen; eine 2. Decke, die am 2. Tag angefragt wurde, hätten wir erst am 3. Tag (von 3) bekommen, aus ökologischen Gründen haben wir dann darauf verzichtet. Leider gab es nur 2 unbequeme Barstühle an einem Hochtisch zum Sitzen, obwohl der Platz für eine kleine Sitzecke vorhanden wäre.

The worst part is LEAVING this amazing Stay. The stuff was always very friendly, the view of our room was breathtaking. The room and the equipment perfect. The Bed has seen better times but THIS VIEW... 😁We'll definitely come back. You do not expect in a big lodging like this, a so very warm welcome and people how treat you like welcoming guests. Thank you vor everything Guys. We had s ball. ❤️

Did not get the room we booked (2 bedroom city appartment) just got the 2 bedroom appart which is 2 rooms side by side really with a tiny kitchen. Wanted to have the living room and the dining area….

I liked the Bar in den 32.Floor. The view was incredible, beautiful🤗

Some amenities were not available during our visit. Building needs some repair. Location was great and accessible to many great places in London.

My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value.

The kitchen in the room was a relief with the eating-situation

Wonderful location, great set up of apartment, very clean and modern. Only complaint is it was unnaturally hot in London and a/c would have been nice to have.

It is what it is. An affordable bed for the night with cooking facilities. Rooms are very basic like student accommodation but branded more classy. Not the case in my experience. Was like being back in halls of residence.

I did this booking for my teen girl she was delighted with the services, space and safety of the suite. I will be making my own reservation here for my next trip

Great location but 24 hour noise from building ventilation equipment made it quite a difficult stay - raised with reception who were unable to assist. Not for me!

Really great city views, friendly staff, and central location with grocery store right there. Only con was trash 🗑 dump all the way in the basement.
