£90 for a twin room in London that's 2 minutes from the nearest tube station Reception staff were friendly, let me check in an hour early and were there when I checked out early in the morning. The bed was comfortable and clean as were the towels and the shower had good pressure, the room smelt fresh. Bad points; the window was broken and wouldn't close and there was a lot of noise from the road, unless you close the door to the lift it bangs shut as do the room doors (inconsiderate guests, not the hotels responsibility but they could put soft close hinges on)

It was to be expected for what we paid so can’t complain! We had towel swans on our beds and a nice view, room had a tv also. Only complaint was the random knocking on the door throughout the night, when you’d open the door there was no one there. But when we went down stairs to reception to give the key back the next morning there was a woman kicking off about someone knocking her door all night also. And the lift is tiny and you can’t fit more than 2 people.

O quarto era totalmente diferente do anúncio. Solicitei um quarto duplo com cama de casal e não cabia eu, meu marido e duas mochilas. As paredes estavam sujas, com marcas de mão e líquido escorrido da parede. Estava 40°C na cidade e não havia um ventilador se quer. A jaqueta do quarto era pequena e não entrava vento. Eu e meu marido passamos mal na acomodação que parecia uma sauna. Não recomendo nem para passar uma noite.

The room was a mess. There was rubbish left from the last person in there. Black mould in the bath room. Scratches all up the walls and floor. Don’t think the front desk said a word to me just handed me the room key. The room was boiling hot but if you opened the window all you could smell was weed. A cheap room but some standards should be met

Average hotel. No air conditioning in room. Room was small and not the freshest room but it was cheap for London and done what I needed it for 2 night sleep. Wasn’t much sleep because of the heat but it wasn’t the worse. I probably wouldn’t visit again especially in hot weather without air conditioning in the room.

Not sure where to start here, the property itself is discussing, smells damp and mouldy needs a complete refurbishment, the double room was so small that the bed was pushed up against the wall, there's was no working TV in the room, or the room that they tried to switch us to, the bathroom was absolutely horrible, the sink kept filling up until it emptied out into the over flow and that was barley turning on the tap, and the air expelled vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever, dust and paper over the bathroom floor, like i said it's the most disgusting hotel we have ever had the displeasure of staying at. My advice stay well clear of "Hotel Lilly".

Broken shower and the only two sockets in the whole room developed a fault from 11:30 to about 7.30 until it was fixed. No tele ,no tea, no charge phone! Terrible really. Surely your staff should note all the problems in the room and fix them! I have a picture of a dangerous loose wall light. And where is the electric fan placed in the cupboard like even most budget hotels do. They are cheap to buy! Never again! Ive stayed here many times before but this time i had to make do with a broken shower support!

Nothing like the photos online. Broken doors. Dirty cups, Mouldy shower curtain. Cramped rooms. Cpuld feel wvery spring on the pull put bed.Lobbys smelt. If it wasnt that we arrived so late at night we would of changed hotels!!

If you're looking for a hotel that makes you appreciate literally every other place you've ever stayed, congratulations! ...you've found it. The bathroom looked like it had been losing a fight against mould for years. The sealant was black, the corners were stained, and the whole room had a "we'll never fix this" vibe. The door frame was falling apart, the flooring by the bathroom looked like it had survived a small flood, and maintenance clearly checked out a long time ago. The highlight of my stay? If I show these photos to my mother, she'll suddenly be proud of the state of my house. The room quality is about on par with the hotel's welcome card, which proudly says "Hotel is not responsbile for valuables left in room." If they put the same amount of care into maintaining the rooms as they did into proofreading, everything suddenly makes sense. The only thing this hotel managed to exceed was my expectation of how much a room can deteriorate before someone decides to renovate it. Would not stay again unless the alternative was sleeping at the bus stop outside.

Stuff was not welcome, unprofessional the housekeeping system was not very good because there was no teapot in the room, but there were some cups with no teapot, for the next day they didn’t put any tea and sugar or coffee.
