Terrace House

No details on how to check in, had to ask in the nearby bar. only one bath towel between two people, had to ask for another. tea,coffee and kettle but no milk. No hand soap. No hangers to hang your stuff in wardrobe. carpet looked less than clean and room looking very tired and could have done with a lick of paint

Nice and clean ideal for what I wanted . Only downside the room was cold and took an age to warm up

The overall picture was good however a couple of details let it.

Easy check-in and allowed us to leave our bags for the day. The room is exactly what you'd expect for the price, spacious and comfortable. It needs a little TLC in places but for the price it is fine for an overnight stay.

Great value and very centrally located

I really liked this property. Its situated right next to the train station and bus links. The staff are friendly and if your feeling peckish the resturant attatched is fantastic. I accidently rated this property wrong last time tried to change it i was unsuccessful, but this is now the true rating. Should be at least a 4 star hotel rating.

This was not a hotel as expected ! It was rooms accessed at the rear of a restaurant/bar ! The room was clean and fresh but had been fitted out with budget units / decor which will not last the test of time ? Handle on bedside cabinet fell to the floor , handle on bathroom hanging by a thread . There was very little shampoo / body wash in the bathroom and only 1 large towel . My wife and I agreed that it was ok for 1 night however wouldn’t consider returning unfortunately !

Staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you. Building itself is really characterful. Room was great, comfortable and clean. Dinner and cocktails by the river were fab. Loved it.

All very clean and good. Good restaurant too

Very friendly and nice staff. We booked a normal room but got a big two floor apartment instead. Comfy and lots of space. The location was excellent!

Great location in the heart of Leamington

Easy to walk from the railway station. Very central
