The Pembroke Arms

One of my favourite hotels in the Salisbury area. Amazing food, fabulous service from the staff. Would highly recommend.

Really nice, comfortable hotel. Would definitely book again.

The communal areas are delightful...wood panelled rooms, squashy sofas and a huge open fire. The room was small but was advertised as such and was fine for just the 1 night. Very comfortable bed with lovely white crisp linen. The welcome brownies were also lovely. The room was only lit by lamps, so the lighting was very low that meant I was unable to read in the room. Breakfast was good. The customer service was efficient but lacked warmth...the bar staff/ waiters were fine but didn't smile or seem particularly concerned as to whether you were having a good time or not. Saying that I'd probably stay there again.

Sadly not a good stay. There were no steaks at 7.30 and the liver was basically unedible

Lovely Place

Great retreat due to cosy rooms, great bar and restaurant with excellent meals and spacious private parking. Wilton House at walking distance. Street side rooms may suffer from traffic noise when window is open.

A great find. Staff were friendly and the hotel had great depth of character. Nice historical feel. Food offer was modern and breakfast was delicious.

Good environment and good stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included with good quality. My mom loved the turmeric drink much.

Great service, lovely outdoor area.

Hotel was an old world coaching inn with lots of stairs, loads of character and large rooms. Decor in keeping. Variety of different eateries and food style on the premises. Ample breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was cleaned daily with fresh milk and cookies replenished daily too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location allowed easy access to Salisbury by bus.

A wonderful experience! Gracious, welcoming staff. Fabulous breakfast. Beautiful rooms and luxurious beds. Tea, coffee, brownies, hot chocolate in the room. Amazing antiques and history everywhere!

We liked everything quite a unique place kept a lot of the character of the age of the property

Pembroke Pines was fantastic! Not only was it a charming and furnished country inn, with a few fireplaces, it has a fantastic restaurant. We had one of our best meals of our trip. The staff was very helpful and totally British! Would highly recommend Pembroke Arms.

This property is a must if you are visiting London The staff was exceptional. The food was a great suprise, we dined for dinner and were treated to the most luxurious breakfast. There is no elevator as this is an old charming building, this could be tough for some people to navigate but the room was well worth the short hike. I highly recommend you relax in their tub and soak away the traveling pains in the tub in your bathroom.

A very interesting building that makes a good hotel. Clean rooms,nice staff and a good breakfast.
