Une nuit passée dans cet établissement, l'hôtel est assez agréable. La décoration à l'entrée est sympathique.

Nice and convenient location. Very close to Geneva. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty, noisy and in bad condition. Breakfast was ok for this price category. Parking lots are quite small if you don‘t have a small car.

Not very clean. Stains on pillows . Had a bad smell. It’s in an industrial estate.

De bedden waren slecht. Werd niet uitgerust wakker Slecht onderhouden kamers Ontbijt was ook matig.

Terrible location. Toilet seat was broken. Water was leaking out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Room's were not soundproof so you could hear very clearly what the neighbors were up to.

It was a good place, but one of the rooms smelled bad. It was ok to stay at but would not stay there again.

We had requested a travel crib for our baby as part of our accommodation, and we had informed the hotel about this well in advance. The hotel confirmed that the crib would be ready in the room upon our arrival. However, the unfriendly staff member at the reception simply left the crib in our room without setting it up. They did not assist in assembling it. Additionally, there was no sheet, blanket, or pillow provided for the crib. Because of this, we couldn’t let our baby sleep in it. We had no choice but to have our baby sleep with us in our bed. The hotel needs to employ more helpful and professional staff who take their job seriously.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! They feel more like family. The property is adorable and perfect and the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

This is a little gem hidden in a very quiet part of Gaillard. Once inside the decor is warm and inviting. Dinner: the best of our Europe trip- really! The chef prepares a wonderful dinner and superb dessert. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Séjour d'une nuit. Réservation de 2 lits simples sur hôtel.com et reçu une chambre avec 1lit double. Pas de plafonnier, juste 2 lampes de chevet, douche qui alterne toutes les quelques secondes entre très chaud et pas assez, matelas qui a vécu .... Mais la chambre était propre, l'accueil chaleureux, la garniture de lit OK, la chambre calme et le prix avantageux.

Overall nice stay for the price. Staff were helpful. Hotel could do with a tidy up outside and the room floors a good clean. Location is alright food places nearby. Good place for a single night.

I just got back from my Europe country hopping travels on the 3rd of April and it was amazing! I stayed at this hotel for my Switzerland part of the trip and we traveled up to Mont Blanc for a day trip the next day. Next time me and my friend make our way back to Geneva we will try to book atleast one day here again before we head up to Mont Blanc mountains for a ski trip. This hotel was actually one of my favorites due to how cute everything was and how helpful and firnedly the staff are. Some of the staff speak better English than others so just keep that in mind but everyone found a way to communicate and google translate helps alittle. They went above and beyond to find us transportation to Mont Blanc and for $50 there and back I’d say that’s a steal with direct travel. The food was great and the rooms were pretty clean. Overall I would definitely recommend this place just keep in mind it’s a bit cabin like and has a less modern feel and more comfy cozy vibe with a lots of different fabrics that’s aren’t leather. Love this place and I hope you do as well, happy traveling to Geneva. OH WAIT!!!! I forgot to inform you if you have more than 1 bag per person and you have more than 3 people a lot of the taxis and Ubers are small and they will deny you service and leave you at the hotel so just be mindful and plan ahead especially to the airport or train station because we actually ended up missing our train from Geneva to Paris which sucked and costed us an extra $175.
