Beautiful hotel. “Unofficial” Disney Hotel

Property was easily accessible to disneyland paris with free shuttle service. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice

La chambre était spacieuse et agréable ! Le restaurant nous n avons pas aimé , pizzas pas très bonnes , par contre le coup du parking a 20 euros ça n est pas très honnête car sur la fiche c était noté parking disponible ! Sinon le coin et la stature de l hôtel super ! Petit déjeuner très bien

Hôtel correct dans un très bel environnement . Les chambres sont très vastes et correctes . Le lit est confortable . Le restaurant est bon. Le spa n’est pas très intéressant (on ne peut nager dans la piscine).

Probleme de chauffage Malgre un chauffage au maximum la chambre etait a 19*C Desagreable !!!

An excellent hotel with convenience esp on transport to the park

Arrivée tardive. Accueil souriant et rapide. Chambre confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse. Literie confortable. Restaurant à éviter, serveur hautain, plats non aboutis et chers.

Good choice for off-property Disney. Regular shuttle to parks. Friendly, helpful staff. On-site dining.

The hotel is not bad overall just the room is not cleaned properly during our stay and had to call to reception to make sure it will be cleaned on the day

When we checked in, I received neither information about the hotel's facilities nor other essential details. Meanwhile, someone checking in next to me was informed about the hotel's amenities and the shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The receptionist mentioned an upgrade, but when I stated that I preferred the room I had originally booked, I was given a room with a non-functional bathroom, insufficient bedding for four people, not enough towels for everyone, and, to make matters worse, instead of a bed for two, we were provided with a broken sofa bed. I had to call the reception multiple times, as the staff struggled with English. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all my years of traveling. I will certainly never book this hotel again. The service was far from satisfactory.

Great hotel for visiting Disney parks, the shuttle bus is available every half hour all day and take your right to the Disney entrance. You can also get the train from there straight into paris for sight seeing! Perfect location for both! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was excellent! All staff were very friendly and ententive. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel needs some updates. The staff are well trained and are working in a hotel thats slowing falling apart. The lobby was nice but the rooms need some work. The breakfast was average. Shuttle to Disney was nice but wont bother to stay here ever again.

Hôtel très bien, a part, pas de pression pour la douche et le parking à 20 € la nuit, il serait bien de le préciser au futur clients.

Lots of improvement needed at this establishment. We stayed here over the holiday season while visiting Disney. On arrival our room had been setup for a family (we were a couple), with literature for the previous guest left in the room. We also arrived to an empty bottle of champagne and glasses outside our room on arrival, this added to confusion. We thought we had been given the wrong room or another guest had already checked into the room. The empty champagne and glasses were not collect until the following evening. Reception were adamant that the room was ours, so sent someone to fix. The room had not been cleaned to a high standard and lots of long dark hair was found all over the room. I wouldn’t go as far to say that the room was “dirty” just very untidy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests. The biggest let down from the whole stay was breakfast. The team were not allergen trained and were very confused about Gluten and what foods contained gluten. They had an allergy system in place but I was told to ignore it, as everything had already been cross contaminated, completely contradicting their system and making it very unsafe for people with allergies. I did try to provide this feed back at breakfast… I hope it was passed on. This place is great base to stay while visiting Disney but it is DEFINITELY NOT a place to stay for a holiday or a relaxing retreat. If you have any food allergies, bring your own food with you, it is not safe!

Très bel hôtel, les parties communes ( hall , salle de petit déjeuner etc…) sont décorés avec goûts et très propre. Le personnel est professionnel et agréable. Le confort de la chambre est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est varié , très complet , on y est très bien accueilli.La navette privatisé est un plus pour se rendre à Disney. En bref je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui propose un rapport qualité prix incroyable

j ai l habitude d aller au Radison à Boulogne Billancourt le service n'est vraiment pas la même chose il faudrait que le nettoyage soit fait sous le lit et surtout à la tête des lits .nous avons eu pleins de punaises de bois et des coccinelles dans la chambre le Mr de la réception nous a proposé d envoyer quelqu un pour les ramasser ou de les éliminer Hier à cause d un congrès le service était déplorable ,au repas d hier soir le serveur avait les mains dans les poches et il nous fait dire si vous êtes pas content allez au village manger . Dans les chambres aucune bouteille d eau en arrivant et même pas une machine à café je pense que c est pas compliqué de prendre une garantie visa au cas où ..... en 2024 c est la moindre des choses
