Radisson Hotel Leipzig

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Bett gebucht! Bekommen haben wir zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbett die ständig auseinander rutschen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer makellos. Lediglich das Bad war nicht gut geputzt.

Es gibt nur positives zu berichten.

Modernes Hotel mit gemütlichem und ruhigen Zimmer. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich. Ich würde wieder hier nächtigen.

Overall, the hotel was nice, amenities seemed of good quality and new. When checking in there was a fairly long line and we had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes to check in which was a new experience for us in a four-star-hotel. Unfortunately, we had a room that was located towards the street so opening the window was impossible due to noise. However, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Turning on the AC meant that the air stream flow moved the curtains which then made a fairly loud and arrhythmic clicking noise which made sleeping really difficult. We told that info to the staff the next morning and the nice and polite lady told us that it was a construction error in every room that the AC air stream flow made the curtains move and thus caused the clicking noises. She suggested to turn the AC air stream flow down but then it would've been impossible to sleep because the room was so stuffy. The breakfast was nice, we'd say average. We missed some bacon ;) but there were breakfast sausages and meatballs which excused the absence of bacon ;) The breakfast room was unusually full and when we later went upstairs, we again saw a long line of people waiting who actually seemed to have to wait for the other hotel guests to finish their breakfast to make room for the new hotel guests. We stayed one night on a weekend and there were Christmas markets plus the Christmas oratorium concert so it might have been unusually full, too. For the overall experience, the price was too high.

Keine Ablage bzw.Schrank im Zimmer für Kleidung. Nur Garderobe für Jacken. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Jedoch ist nur eine klappbare Kofferablage vorhanden. Für mehrere Tage daher ungeeignet.

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat unseren Wunsch, trotz hohem Aufkommen, erfüllt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Tolles Zimmer, nettes Personal

Neues Hotel. Zimmer und Lage absolut Top. Personal nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht freundlich. Kein lächeln kein Blickkontakt.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Negativ fiel auf, dass weder kostenloser Kaffee noch kostenlose Parkplätze angeboten werden, was man in dieser Kategorie durchaus erwarten könnte. Abgesehen davon entsprach das Hotel den üblichen Standards: saubere Zimmer, solide Ausstattung und ein reibungsloser Ablauf. Insgesamt ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt ohne besondere Highlights.

Ein sehr ellegantes Hotel.

The hotel itself is in a good location and was clean and tidy. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the first day. There was no option for room service, and we were told there was no additional water that could be brought to our room. The bar closed very early.
