We were very pleased with our stay and the entire staff was amazing as was the communication, making very easy to find our way there! That alone is worth 5 stars!. However, I was surprised that the breakfast was not a "Full Breakfast" as stated in the property description....It was truly a continental breakfast. Boiled eggs, no eggs cooked to order or anything hot...not evrn a toaster with bread....Maybe this has changed recently because many of the reviews (which caused me to book) raved about the incredible breakfast.....and I think its important for other potential guests to know the reality.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was very nice. Location was perfect for visiting the old town and entire area. Nickos was very pleasant and accommodating. The electric cart worked fine on our arrival. Breakfast was very nice out in the courtyard.

TLDR of this review: Just book this place. You are probably researching lots of Rhodes hotels but this is the one!
My partner and I absolutely loved this stay. We only stayed one night and we had the "most affordable" of the suites offered, but it was still excellent. The room is not big, but the amenities, cleanliness, and comfort were 5 stars. The bed was comfy, the Nespresso machine gave us energy in the morning and evening, the towels were soft, the shower felt great (and it had a window in the shower for ventilation, something I enjoy), the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the two staff members we met were very helpful and polite, the room had wooden rafters and an updated air-con...as you can see I could go on and on with everything I loved about this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Zacosta, the managers were very kind, organized and helped arrange luggage transport from the port and a taxi to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique. Breakfast was delicious. Our entire family from baby to elderly thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Wir sind mit der Fähre von Marmaris nach Rhodos und wurden vom Hafen abgeholt. Da wir Gepäck hatten, war es sehr praktisch für uns. Ansonsten ist es auch ganz einfach vom Hafen aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ecke der Altstadt, was wir sehr schön fanden. Man ist zentral und es ist trotzdem ruhig.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

John the host is excellent. He made pick up and drop off so easy, especially with a 6am flight and a 4am pick up! The hotel is superbly restored and the old town is a very special place to stay

The hospitality from the staff is excellent! John and his team go out of his way to make sure your staff is memorable one. He even can afford to spend time with you just chatting. He came to pick us where the taxi dropped us. We actually found him waiting. For our last day, he arranged the taxi back to the airport at his own cost. My family is grateful to John and his staff

butik temiz güzel bir otel. Sahibi ve çalışanları güleryüzlü, yardımsever kişiler. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve komplike.Old town’da gezilecek yerlere konum olarak yakın.limandan otele transferde yardımcı oluyorlar. Tavsiye ederim kesinlikle.

It was a pleasure to stay in Zacosta Villa Hotel. Nikos picked us from the port and John left us back with a golf cart. The location is great, the hospitality was exceptional. Rooms were cleaned every day. We will stay there if we visit Rhodes again.

Riktigt familjehotel Där man som gäst blir varmt mottagen. De hämtar gästerna vid stadsmuren i en liten golfbil. Bara det är vistelsen värd. Ligger bra i ett relativt lugnt område. Fina rum med genomgående bra standard. Liten men god frukost med såväl ett utval av frukter, yoghurt samt nybakade croissanter. Väldigt gott värdskap rakt igenom. Ett bra val för den som vill bo mitt i smeten, men ändå lite avsides från det värsta larm och stojet!
