The staff were excellent. Really helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice and clean however the outside of the building is dirty and underwhelming. The cafe is excellent as is food and staff in it Worth visit

I checked in after dinner because I had to wait at the time of check-in. "Although the timing was bad, the service was very good, and the reception and the restaurant staff were kind." The view of the restaurant is wonderful. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The staff are kind. For example, when I hung out the laundry in the room in the morning, they left the fan running so that it would dry well. But there is no excessive service. There are various types of breakfast. The linen is clean. The linen is getting old, so I think it would be more comfortable if it was changed. I appreciate the kindness during my stay. It is my home in Mumbai. I will come to stay again.

Room, especially the bathroom was a little dated and needs redecorating. The bed linen was also old and needs replacing. However, the staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.

Check in was good and room is quite large and nice. Limited toilet paper in the room when we arrived which was rectified upon request. The biggest disappointment for us was the included breakfast as all items beside fruit contained gluten which we cannot eat. Unlike other included buffet breakfasts we had elsewhere in India, there were no rice based indian foods like dosa or idli etc. or any indian curries like daal etc. or masala eggs at the breakfast buffet which are all gluten free. We had to order and pay for breakfast off the menu even though we already paid for an included breakfast we could not eat. That means we basically subsidized the food for other guests which does not make us happy.

The Hotel was accessed through another hotel which was undergoing refurbishment. Although this didn’t impact on us too much. The room was supposed to be a quiet room but we could hear quite a lots of noise from the corridor as people were moving around at night, it seemed to quieten down after 10pm. The price we payed was expensive for the standard of hotel, but perhaps this is due to its location on the harbour front. Overall we did enjoy our stay here and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel refused to honor my prepaid booking and sent me a WhatsApp message telling me to request a refund from Expedia and then pay them directly in cash. As a solo female traveler, this was stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable. Do not recommend this property. The staff on whatsup is unprofessional

Outside is confusing as the entrance is shared with another hotel. Breakfast was simple and very slow. Check in took a while. No umbrellas provided yet all other hotels did, cleaning was average, awful pillows and no choice of pillows. Lift and other areas filthy. Location was amazing. Wouldn’t recommend.

That location was great. However, the room was dirty. the toilet seat and lamp shades were stained, bed, and pillows need to be replaced. The pillows have black mold on them and the bed the the lamp shades are stained. To add I got bit up by bed bugs.

Nice room and clean, the main building doesnt look that impressive but when you get to the 3rd floor there is a step up in quality. The rooftop bar and restaurant was convenient and provided great views. A number of attractions were within a short walk including the gateway to India and Taj Hotel. Only downside was our room was next to reception so was a bit noisy at times when trying to sleep

The staff were friendly but it is more run down than the pictures. Evidence of the Mumbai humidity with damp ceilings in the bathroom. The kettle looked worse for wear. Given the excellent location and the low price compared to hotels down the road I think this was a given.
