Pleasant stay ever! Good hotel, good services, good ambience, good view, everything is ⭐️ Semua staff di hotel ini super ramah, but especially thank you to Pak Joko yang sudah engage dengan kami dari awal datang sampai kami check out. Sangat terbantu dengan bantuannya mereservasikan motor trail untuk kami gunakan di sekitar gunung. Surely will be back to this hotel next time waktu kami holiday ke Bromo lagi! Really worth to try and stay!🤩

Hotel terbaru di daerah bromo kamarnya simple dan minimalis type cabin 20 tidak ada tv jadi siap-siap bawa entertain sediri biar tidak bete di kamar. Untung nya kamar saya di free upgrade ke type30 yang lebih luas dan ada tv netflixnya. Thank you 😊 happy sekale. Thanks to mas faris fo yang cepat tanggap dan team engineering nya 🥰

Yang lumayan bikin capek akses kamar ke lobby nya, ke kamar turunan, ke lobby tanjakan, selebihnya oke semua, makanan oke, apa lagi pemandangan lebih oke 👍.

I have stay for 2 days with my husband, arrive at the hotel the reception area is join with restaurant, beautiful and friendly area. The staff all of them are very kind and gave us the best service ever. The food is amazing, even the price is great, we have a sharing hot pot for lunch because it was raining, and taste is wonderful with fresh ingredients. The location of the hotel is great with fantastic view, we can see the sunrise from your cabin window. The cabin is perfect. The hotel provide pick up transfer, they pick up us from Surabaya and also take us to the airport when we leave. And they provide Bromo Tour also. It was amazing experience to stay in Artotel Cabim Bromo. I love it.

I'm from Malaysia. Our experience here was very interesting. All the staff were very helpful. While waiting for our room to be ready, they served us a welcoming drink of hot honey lemon tea. The scenery and sunrise were truly beautiful. No need to wake up early in the morning with the children to go to Bromo for the sunrise — just enjoy it from our room. The hotel is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is nice and clean. Great view. But going to the hotel you have to pay twice for the entrance fee to Bromo National Park. First is 25k/pax (pay in cash) and the second is online reservation ticket 146k/4 pax and a car.

Reception tidak 24 jam, bagaimana soal keamanan pengunjung kalau ada apa apa? Air panas mati, sudah complain lama sampe 2 kali dibenerin. Dan kamar kan dibawah receptionnya di atas tuh, di kamar gak ada telpon dong buat telpon reception, kudu liat google buat cari nomor telpon. Terus butuh sesuatu telpon nomor yang di google itu malah yang angkat satpam, dan pintu reception masih terkunci. Ini hotel harga sejutaan masa fasilitasnya minim sekali. Apalagi saya bawa bayi, dimana butuh air yang hangat untuk mandi malah gak nyala. Akses jalan juga kurang mendukung, bawa koper gede jalannya ada anak tangganya. Kudunya dikonsep bisa pake anak tangga dan jalan setapak buat koper. View bagus fasilitas hotel kudunya juga mendukung. Terima kasih.
