Hard to find anywhere with such lovely people. The service was outstanding. Worth coming to Bali to just experience such warm hospitality.

This was my first trip to Bali and it was a great trip. Everyone at Stapp was very helpful. See you again sometime.

3ベッドヴィラに宿泊。ロビーやレストランからは遠いですが、バギーカーで送迎してくれるので、困ることはありません。海沿いはレストランが点在しており、海風を浴びながら過ごすことができます。ホテル内に売店がないのが不便でした。

I had an extremely disappointing experience at InterContinental Sanur, beginning August 11, 2025, following a delightful stay at The Samaya Villa Ubud. I Upon arrival, I discovered a live cockroach in the wardrobe. Instead of an immediate room change, staff simply brought insecticide, showing a shocking disregard for hygiene standards. Multiple calls to the front desk went unanswered. When I visited in person, a manager dismissed the matter with irrelevant excuses about room view. The new room’s sink drained so poorly that it was left dirty after use. I tolerated it only because I was already exhausted from prior complaints. The next morning, staff stopped me after breakfast claiming no deposit was on record. Despite my proof of a 2 million IDR credit card charge, I was treated like a trespasser until a senior staff member intervened, later attributing it to a “system error.” This series of events left me feeling neglected and outraged. I later checked online reviews and found many guests reporting the same issues—poor hygiene, outdated facilities, and weak service—with management repeating empty promises. The front desk staff need urgent retraining, and if such conditions continue, the property will severely damage the InterContinental brand’s credibility.

周辺環境は最高。歩いて行かれる範囲に、レストラン、ショップ多数あり、選択肢が多い。ホテルの部屋は広いが、水回りが最悪。シャワーはお湯が出ず、水圧も弱いので寒い。バスタブの水(お湯ではない)を抜いたら、水が漏れてバスルームが水浸し。バスタブは使わない方が良い。クレームするも暖簾に腕押し。スタッフ対応も良くない

Exceptional resort with 5 star dining We kept gpong vack to their reataurant. It was outstanding and the staff were incrediable

Great location and the room was really spacious with an amazing enclosed balcony and beautiful view of the garden. The daily breakfasts could not have been better and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend the spa treatments. Such a beautiful experience.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Leider wurde am Strand immer wieder Abfall angeschwemmt. Die Abfallentsorgung scheint ein grosses Problem auf Bali zu sein.

Our room was huge and really beautiful with a lovely outdoor lounge with great views of the ocean. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lunch and dinner menus, with both being very similar at Pier8 and Layang Layang, it would have been great to have some more variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here

Honest Review of InterContinental Hotel The hotel has potential, but overall didn’t meet expectations. Pool: View ruined by an ugly restaurant roof not shown in booking photos. Kids’ pools were identical — one good for 3–5 yrs, but too shallow for 5–8. Adult pool was too deep. Many seats lacked cushions, uncomfortable for parents who have to sit for hours watching the kids play in the water. Gym: Missing cable crossover and pull-up bar. No bench press either, though free weights were available. Limited training variety. Breakfast: French toast, pancakes, and beef omelet were great. Iced latte was excellent. Dining area was beautiful. But bread options were limited, and butter was rock hard from being stored on ice. No sliced vegetables to make a proper sandwich. Room: Nice upgrade, but insulation was poor. Wind noise scared our kids, kept them awake. Great view and AC, but bad sleep ruined it. Kids couldn't sleep and they felt it was like a horror movie. Kids Club: Great for under-7s. Our 6-year-old loved it. Not enough for older kids. Shower: Water pressure was weak — showers took forever. Strange for a 5 star hotel to have this weak water pressure on the shower. Wi-Fi: Decent, but not top tier. Minibar: Overpriced — felt like a trap. Area: Loved nearby Icon Mall and Three Monkeys restaurant. Overall Rating: 2.8/5. Wouldn’t return.

We stayed for 3 nights. Every minute at the resort was amazing. The food, the hospitality, the rooms are super luxe and we want to take the bed back home. The bed was amazing. Big shout out to the breakfast at Layang Layang was super! The only thing is the beach where you could lay on the beds, however with high tide there is a lot of trash, and with low tide you can not really swim. But that’s not something they can work on. We recommend this stay to everyone!

Lovely hotel on the beach. Booked an ocean view Junior suite which was a great room although the ocean was very far away past the spa then the pool and the beach bar!!

The rooms on the property were clean, the customer service was amazing and the food choice was very good

Hotel was amazing! Fabulous rooms, restaurants and food along with great service. My 2 concerns would be the size of the pool area if going at peak time and also the beach - there were not many loungers and water full of boats so couldn’t go for a swim next to hotel and for a beachside 5* hotel this was disappointing.

It was nice, but some facilities a bit dated.

海に面しており、すぐにビーチに出られる。 プールもキレイ。 自転車を借りた海沿いのサイクリングは爽快だった。 徒歩５分以内にコンビニとスーパーマーケットがあり、便利な立地。 ホテル内のレストランの朝食ビュッフェを利用したが、一見すると毎日同じメニューであるが、テーブルにあったスペシャルオーダー(追加料金なし)を頼むと、バリ料理あり、お粥あり、フレンチトーストやパンケーキあり、とバリエーションが豊富で飽きなかった。 静かにノンビリ過ごすならおすすめできます。 唯一、バスルームの水圧と排水が弱いことがマイナスポイントだった。
